Swimming and Shopping

This morning I got up and bummed around for a bit. Then Brandon and I went back to the Poly and laid around the pool there for a bit. Then we walked on the beach area, but it got super hot so we left. Plus, we had to get to work. So when we got to West Clock, we dropped by costuming. I ordered a new name tag. I got one with Franklin, Tennessee on it. I was sick of people asking me what part of Kentucky I was from. I had some time to kill before I had to clock in so I went and walked the land. Brandon met up with me in Liberty Square and we headed over to Thunder. Brandon new someone working so we got some re-ads. We jumped on Thunder, but then Brandon had to go to work. So I walked over to Splash to see if Adam was working. And he was. He was standing outside the entrance. So I chatted with him for a bit, but then I eventually had to head to work.

Work was pretty normal. Nothing too exciting. There were not any exciting stories from today, but we seemed a little slow. There always seemed to be chairs open, which is weird.
Same and I ERed and headed to the Florida Mall. Sam wanted to see if she could find something to wear to formal tomorrow. She ended up getting a dress from American Eagle. We swung by Publix on the way back. Sam got some Hamburger Helper, but I had to teach her how to cook it haha.

Back to Florida

I got up this morning and finished packing. Mom and I went over to Providence so I could go to the bank finally. Then we ran into New York and Company and I got a few new clothes. Then we went and ate Panera because Mom and had never been there. It was pretty good. Then we just walked around Target and Dick’s looking for some fun pool stuff, but we didn’t find any. Then we had to leave so I could get to the airport to catch my flight. I made it and just hung out in the airport because I made it through security in record time. The flight was good.

Brandon picked me up from the airport and headed back to Patterson. I dropped my stuff off and then I went and met his new roommates and new apartment. One of them has a high school musical pillow and bed spread. That was interesting. Then we took one of his friends to Verizon so she could get a new phone charger. Apparently, Verizon had sent her the wrong one or something. We got back and I changed into some jeans because it was getting cool outside.

Brandon and I then went and ate at Captain Cook's at the Poly. It was pretty good. Then we just walked around the resort. It really is a pretty resort. Then we just headed back to the apartment and that was pretty much it.

Main Street Festival

I got up the next morning and just laid around the house for a bit. We had another squirrel in the trap so we had to deport another. Then I got my stuff together and Dad took me over to Memi’s. I met mom there and then all three of us headed over to the Main Street Festival.

I love the Main Street Festival. I didn’t make it to the carnival this year, but we got to walk around to all the booths. I got some roasted corn, which is always amazing. I could have eaten that all day. I also got a cute little frame that says Disney Memories, which I think I will be able to put to good use. A lot of the same crafts people were there again this year. There were a lot of photography and jewelry booths. After we walked around for a couple hours, we went and dropped Memi off at her house. She made us some chicken, carrots and potato salad! YUM! I have missed potato salad. After we ate, Mom and I headed home.

Duane was there with Matt when we got home. We ended up just doing some work around the pool. I helped mom pressure wash the deck a little bit and put together a torch. Then Duane and Matt decided to go fishing off the dock. Duane caught a fish and came up to show us. He put it on the ground for the pups to see. They were freaking out and really didn’t know what to make of it. Then somehow the fish got off the hook so Duane had to come in the pool fence to get it. Well once he picked it up, it got free of his hand and went right into the pool. So we had a fish swimming in the pool. It was pretty hilarious. The hard part was getting him out because of course he is in the deep end, which is 8 feet deep so it was hard to get the net down there. After some teamwork, we finally got the fish out.

After that excitement, we just sat out on the swing by the pool. I had to go in pretty soon because I couldn’t stop sneezing because of my allergies. I must say that that is one thing that I don’t miss about Tennessee – thanks Dad. We just relaxed the rest of the night.

Baseball and Chuck E. Cheese

I got Nate up this morning and we headed to Exit 112 to meet Dad. We said we would be there at 10:45, but of course neither of us were there until 11. After saying goodbye to Nate, I hopped in the car with Dad and headed to Smyrna for Devin’s baseball game. He is too cute. I was put on picture duty because Dad hasn’t been able to take any because he is helping coaching. Devin did really well. He has improved so much since I last saw him play. His team ended up winning 21-10. They have only lost 2 games this season and those loses came from teams who are still undefeated. I guess I am not a curse this year. Last season every game I went to they lost. So I guess that is a good thing.

After the game, I rode back with Jenney to their house so I could use their internet. I had to upload the character pictures that somehow didn’t do that correctly last night. Then I also gave Mikayla her Jasmine outfit. She looked so cute!!! I also gave them their Mickey ears and posters that Jess made for them. Then I did Mikayla’s hair into a Fairytale, which actually didn’t look that bad considering she wouldn’t let me brush her hair, I had almost no gel, no hair pins, just bobby pins, and no tiara. Dad and Pam met us over there and then we all headed to Chuck E. Cheese.

Oh Chuck E. Cheese. While I see the appeal to kids for parents it is hell and I promptly apologized to Dad for ever making him have a birthday party there. It was pretty entertaining though. I won Devin and Mikayla a ton of tickets from the machine where you try and knock the tokens off of the edge. That is totally my game. I think it has to do with all the practice from playing in the arcade with Jenny in the Greenwood Mall haha. But Mikayla opened her presents and ate cake and ran around like a crazy child. Dad and I sat around and played a few rounds of Deal or No Deal and keeping an eye on the NFL Draft. I can’t believe Matthew Stafford went to Detroit for $78 million. Geez. That is not going to help his ego at all.

After Chuck E. Cheese, we stopped by Walgreens to get my pictures and then headed back to Jenney and Mike’s so I could give Devin and Mikayla their books. They loved them. They also got really excited knowing that when they came back to Disney World they could fill up the rest of their books. They also thought that it was super cool that I worked for Mickey Mouse and the Fairy Godmother. Devin told me to tell her thank you for letting me come home haha. After they looked through the books, we all just headed home.

Once we got home, Dad told me they had squirrels in the attic so they had set up a trap. When we got home there was one in the trap. So Dad and I deported him to the other side of Concord Road in the hopes that if her wanted to come back he would have to make it across the road alive and that probably wasn’t going to happen. The whole thing was quite funny because Dad had his gun and he poked the cage open, but the little baby squirrel didn’t quite grasp the idea that he was free so we pretty much had to dump him out of the cage and then he ran off into the woods.

TUG!!!

I got up early and went to the office with Mom. It was nice to see everyone. Mom also had to tell everyone in the office about the engagement because they didn’t tell anybody because they wanted to talk to me in person first. Then we left to go meet Nate at the Tennessee/Kentucky Boarder. We ended up meeting at exit 2 because Nate got pulled over, but luckily he didn’t get a ticket. Mom and I said bye and then Nate and I made our way to Bowling Green. We stopped at Nate’s house and I dropped off my stuff and Nate took a quick shower. I got to see Cypher, which is exciting. Then we went out to Kyoto’s, which I have been craving ever since I left. It was amazing as usual!

After lunch, Nate dropped me off at the Ag Farm for tug. It was fun surprising people. A lot of people were like “What the hell are you doing here?” Then some people are just dumb and asked why I wasn’t pulling. I mean come on I have been gone all semester, but I would have been out there if they would let me. I must say that Meagan Jacoby had the best reaction. Screaming and then almost falling out the truck bed definitely wins haha. I also finally got my little trophy certificate thing from winning the Pike Individual Tug last fall. It had been at the ADPi house or something, but whatever.

They did it a little differently this year. They did all the guys first round pulls first and then girls rather then alternate. AGR pulled Pike first and full pulled them. In the end Delt, Sig Ep, Farm House, Fiji all advanced to the next round in addition to SAE, who surprisingly beat Kappa Sig. Then it was the girl turn. And wouldn’t you know that ADPi pulled KD first. We lost, but we lasted a full 3 minutes. The last time someone pulled for a full 3 minutes against KD was my freshman year in the Championship. So that is an accomplishment. Then OPA beat Chi O and Phi Mu and Alpha Gam also advanced.

The next round of the guys Farm House pulled AGR. It was intense, but AGR full pulled Farm House. Everyone was going nuts! It was pretty awesome. In the championship it was Sig Ep and Agr. AGR won of course, but Sig Ep put a good fight. Fiji got third, which is awesome for them because it was their first Greek Week.

In the next round for the girls, OPA pulled KD and lost in 2 minutes and 45 seconds – so they did pretty good as well. They ended up beating Alpha Gam for 3rd. Then the Championship was KD and Phi Mu. This pull was a joke. KD full pulled Phi Mu in 20 seconds. It just sucks because the championship would have been totally different had the brackets been different. I mean come on KD, ADPi, OPA and Chi O in one bracket? Those are always the stronger teams – or at least they have been in the last few years.

After the excitement of tug, I went over to Jenny’s and saw Padfoot! I was so excited. Plus, she really liked her Mickey chew toys. I jumped in the shower over there because I just walked around barefoot at the farm so basically everything from my knees down was covered in mud. Then I went back over to Nate’s and got a change of clothes. I also took Molly’s car back to her. I had driven it home from tug. Then Jenny and I got ready and Laura picked us up and we headed over to the Ag Pavilion/Blue Dome or whatever it is called for the Delt Goldfish Party. It turned out that someone had called PETA on them so no one was actually allowed to eat any of the 2,000 goldfish this year. Darn. I hung out with Lucas and Meagan, Katie and Audra finally showed up in addition to Molly and Celeste. It was a good time, but then I headed back to Jenny’s. Then Jenny dropped me off at Nate’s. I ended up sleeping in Hunter’s bed because he, Zach, and Ashton were all not there. Go figure. I slept pretty well considering right before I went to bed Nate told me to make sure I check Hunter’s bed for spiders – great. Thankfully, I didn’t find any.

New Clothes and New Hair

Today Mom and I got up and headed over to the outlet mall. We hit up Coach, where mom bought some wristlets to use while at Disney. We also went to a shoe store and I finally got my pair of Sperry’s!! YAY! I also got a really cute pair of sandals. We also went to Dress Barn, which I had always thought was a bit old lady, but I found three really cute dresses in there. Then we had to leave so I could go get my hair cut at Marilyn’s. Of course that was a 2 and half hour affair, which is a bit ridiculous. After cutting it, she had one of her assistants put my hair up in a dancer’s ponytail with a bump. I don’t think it looked all that fabulous, but whatever.

We then had to rush home and get ready for dinner. We picked Memi up and then headed over to Sperry’s. Mom and Duane had to tell Memi about their engagement, which could have been really good or really bad. It turned out really well so that is always a plus. We had a good dinner and I got to pick the dessert since I was the birthday girl! Then we went and dropped Memi off and headed home. I tried to make it an early night since I had a big day the next day, but it really didn’t work out that well.

Home James

I got up and worked an early shift. Anne was nice enough to trade me for my afternoon shift so I could catch my plane home. I got off at 1:30. I was planning on staying in the parks and playing with Chelsey for her birthday, but I realized that I had a lot to do. I did go see the Tremanes in the park before I left. I went to Cast Connection and Property Control. I also went and got new costumes. Then I went over to Epcot to work on my diversity abroad scholarship. I videotaped people from all the different countries I could find. I had them say their name and where they were from. I ended up with Puerto Rico, Morocco, France, UK, Italy, South Africa, Jamaica, Botswana, Mexico, Canada, Norway and Germany. I also got to meet the Beast while I was there. I finished with enough time to run over to Hollywood Studios. Swinney had called me and needed a new antennae ball and wouldn’t you know that they don’t have them at Epcot. So I went to Hollywood Studios and got that and also ran to the animation studio because it was around 5 o’clock. There were not any new characters out though so I left.

I got back to the apartment and grabbed the last few things I needed for home. Then Brian took me to the airport. My flight was delayed 20 minutes, which kind of sucked, but it wasn’t too bad.

Mom picked me up with the puppies so that was exciting. She also had some exciting news for me. MOM AND DUANE ARE ENGAGED!!! Apparently when Duane asked she said he had to ask me first haha. But I am happy for them. We just headed home and chilled out. I opened a few birthday presents. Mom got me this beautiful pearl earring and necklace set. We basically just caught up for the rest of the night and then went to sleep. It was nice to have a real big bed to spread out in and puppies to snuggle with!!

Oooh Zac Efron....

I got up this morning and started packing for the trip tomorrow. I had to go to work around 2. It was a pretty boring day at work. I didn't have very many princesses. I pretty much avoided the chairs as much as I could. I was kind of tired, but after work we all met up at Downtown Disney to go see 17 Again. Adam also ended up meeting us down there even though he was the only guy there. I think secretly he wanted to see the movie and I was just giving him an excuse haha. I LOVED the movie, but it could have been because of the beautiful Zac Efron, but it actually had some pretty funny parts.

After the movie, Adam and I just walked around Downtown Disney and looked at the new balloon attraction thing there. It is the highest attraction on Disney property. It takes people 400 feet up into the air and then comes back down again. Apparently the whole thing lasts about 20 minutes. It would be neat to do, but it would be slightly terrifying.

An Uneventful Day

I had to drag myself out of bed around 10:45. I had every intention of getting up and getting an oil change, but needless to say that did not happen. I ended up getting up and just taking a shower and cooking some food to take to work.

I went up at 1:45 and got my first princess. I felt really awkward because she clearly had some medical condition, but I really didn't know what. She was the cutest thing ever. She had no hair and got a diva, which is good I guess because a fairy tale would have been awful - especially since she wouldn't sit still. The time passed pretty quickly surprisingly. I had a cute princess who was half Brazilian and half British. She was the cutest thing. She just wanted to be Cinderella. I also had a few princesses from Texas. I got pulled up to podium for a bit, which is always a good way to kill the time.
I got an ER about 30 minutes early and headed back to the apartment. It really wasn't all that exciting. I am now watching Two Weeks Notice and then I will probably hit the hay.

All I Want For Christmas....

Work came so early this morning! I had to be there at 7:30. I started the morning filling the pink and blue nail polishes - woo hoo. Since it was sooo busy last night none of the tasks got done so we had even more work to do in the morning. I had mostly fairy tales today which is nice. I had one princess who was precious. When she walked up she said "I asked Mom for a Fairy Godmother for Christmas, but she couldn't find one." I said, "Sorry I'm late Princess!" It was too cute. She also had the best reaction of the day. It's one of those things you have to see, but it was adorable.

I got off work at 1:30 and waited for Ebonee to get off at 2. Then we went to Epcot. We had every intention of meeting the Beast in France, but Ebonee had never met Mulan so we met her instead. Brian met us over there. We walked around Epcot and got in line for Test Track, but then decided to go to Hollywood Studios instead. Brian and I rode Tower of Terror, while Ebonee went to the animation studio. I looked for my hidden mickey, but I couldn't find it. It could have been in the other room though.
We met Ebonee at the animation studio. We got to meet Friar Tuck, The Sheriff of Nottingham, Prince John, and Max. There were more characters out, but those were the only new ones. It was fun because there weren't any other people there so we just played with the characters. We had a mini photo shoot with Chip and Dale which was so fun. Also the Sheriff and Prince John attacked Ebonee. Apparently they remembered her from the day before haha. It was super fun. Brian and I then went and rode Rockin' Roller Coaster and Ebonee decided to head home.
Afterward, Brian and I decided to get some food at DTD at Earl of Sandwich, which is always delicious. We ran into Ebonee's roomie Meghan. So we sat and ate and chatted with her. We then just walked around DTD. We ended up jumping in the cupid shuffle for a bit. It was nice just walking around. We also saw this awesome saxophone player. He was playing pop music and it was so neat!
We came back to Patterson and went up to Ebonee's. Laura was there with some of her Colombian friends and they were cooking food and trying to teach us spanish, but it really wasn't working all that well. I called a night and I am now currently watching Miss Congeniality before bed!

Walk Out

I took Ebonee's shift so I worked from 8-7:45 today. It was absolute craziness. I didn't even have the last princess and I left at 7:48. We got so behind it was ridiculous. I did pretty much all fairy tales, which is nice and thank goodness the last one was one. The mom thought she wanted the diva, but she chose the fairy tale. The managers were crazy. I would walk back to wash my hands and I would be yelled out to get back out on the floor. One actually pushed a FGIT from backstage still drying her hands to a chair. So stupid. Other then being ridiculously behind, I did have one huge bummer. I had my first walk out today. The girl was 11 and from Ontario and they were staying at the All Star Movies in 101 Dalmatians. They tipped me and then I took them to cash wrap and he stood there and started taking his wallet out so I left and washed my hands. When I came back they asked me where they went. I tried to find them outside but they were already gone :( It was weird. When I walked outside I ran into Alex and Tom, which is completely random. The whole thing is just a bummer. I don't think they didn't pay on purpose. I think they assumed it went on their hotel bill because they booked the appointment through their hotel. So hopefully there is a way the whole thing can be fixed.

After work I tried to ride Space Mountain since it is closing down, but the ride had actually gone down and I wasn't going to wait around for it so I just headed home. I was a bum for the rest of the night and went to bed because I have to be at work at 7:30 tomorrow.

Down the Rabbit Hole

I had the day off today thank goodness. Let's just say this morning was a bit rough. First, I was woken up at 8 and couldn't go back to sleep. Then Ebonee texted me around 9 and I got up and we headed to the mall. We had to find costumes for Carolyn's birthday party, which was Disney themed. Ebonee and I decided to be Anastasia and Drizella (the step-sisters from Cinderella). I really wanted some greasy food on the way in, but everywhere we stopped were still only serving breakfast. Yeah - we were up that early. We shopped around and finally found matching pink and green dresses at Forever 21. I also discovered a new store called Papaya, which I have fallen in love with, but anyway. We then went to Claire's to buy huge jewelry, but could only find necklaces. Ebonee had to go to work at 1 so we went back to Patterson.

I started getting my SAS stuff together so I could send in my scholarship applications. Geez that whole process is the most stressful thing and I am not even doing half of it. Dad is doing the most of it - which I very much appreciate. Thanks Dad!
Once I got everything together, I had to hunt down a FedEx so I could send it overnight (in the end it turned out it didn't even have to mailed overnight - Curses!) Well the first one I tried to find didn't actually exist even though it came up in Bon Qui Qui. So that just added to the stressfulness. I finally did find one and got everything squared away.
Then I had to run back to the mall to get flip flops from Old Navy and some earrings from Charlotte Russe. Then I stopped in at Don Pablos to say hello to Adam. We chatted for a bit, but then I headed to MK. On the way, I swung back by Patterson and grabbed Ebonee's curling irons and stuff for the party. Then I met Bart and Lindsey at MK. There was a super bad accident by where we got on and off the cast member bus. I know at least 2 people were injured and that's only because I saw them being loaded into the ambulance from the bus, but I haven't heard anything else. We rode Space Mountain and then they stayed while I went to Katie's apartment to get ready for the evening. Katie did Ebonee and I's make-up and my hair. She did a fabulous job! I also wore fake eyelashes for the first time and that was an experience.
Once we were ready we drove back to Patterson and dropped our cars off. The party was at Chatam so we just walked over. I must say I felt like an idiot going through security because I just looked like I was some girl who didn't know how to put on make up and decided to go out with a piece of cardboard in their hair (I was Anastasia - the one that wears pink).
We made it to the party which mainly had an Alice In Wonderland theme. Carolyn was Alice and Katie was the Queen of Hearts. They decorated so cute! They had all the characters up on the wall and even the food was themed. It was too cute. It brought back memories of being an oyster. Dang I wish I still had that costume. I am sure it around somewhere. Other characters that were there were Mickey, Minnie, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Lilo, Jack Sparrow, Tinkerbell, Holiday Princess, Jasmine, a pirate and a few others. It was super fun. Of course Ebonee and I in some pictures actually posed like the characters do so we just had weird looks on our faces. I eventually had to peace out and walked home with Cattin. I had to be at work early, but it was still a fun night!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

I got up this morning and went to Magic Kingdom with Alana and Ebonee. We met the Fairy Godmother and then went into the boutique so I could get a Happy Birthday button and Ebonee and Alana got I'm Celebrating buttons. We hung out for a bit, but then went and tried to see the step sisters and step mother because Brenna was friends with Drizella. They were late for their set so we went to MiSiCi and shook our tail feathers. There was a little girl across the street from us who wasn't even watching the parade. She was watching us and thought that were the funniest thing ever. She was adorable. The early morning MiSiCi is better because there are less people or at least it felt that way. After that, we ran back to try and meet them, but they had already closed their meet and greet line. So we sat and watched. Watching the Tremanes is entertaining. At one point, this little girl thought that they didn't sign her book, when they had just signed on the same page. Drizella said look we are right there and I am first. That is when Anastasia looked out into the audience and said "First is the worst and Second is the best and third is the one with the harry chest, but I think Mother shaves it." We all died laughing. She was hilarious. I finally had to leave and go to work.

Work sucked. I was ready to punch a baby (haha Jess). I mean there were times where I just wanted to go in the back and cry. There was one bright spot at work where a Princess sang me her own special birthday song. Her name was Kayla and she totally made my day.
After work, since it was a terrible day, I just wanted to watch Wishes. I thought it was at 9. Ebonee stayed with me. Well wouldn't you know that Wishes was at 10. We rode the carousel, Snow White and something else. It was terrible because Ebonee wanted to leave and get ready to go out. But she ended up staying with and watching wishes, which was good.
We left after Wishes. When we got back to my car Brian had come and decorated with streamers and balloons and wrote on all my windows. He did such a good job! Apparently mom had called him and asked him to do it. We headed back to the apartment and got ready to go out. When I walked into Brian's apartment everyone was waiting and they all yelled Happy Birthday! Then they showed me the cookie cake they had bought for me! I was so excited! It was way more then I ever expected. We all then went out to Bdubs. Ebonee sang Lady Marmalade and it was awesome. She killed it! Other then singing, lets just say that I had a little too much to drink. But it was a blast! It totally made up for being sick on my birthday last year!

Peach and Brown

I had to work from 8-7:45 today - so it was a long day. I did have my first black princess so that was interesting. Luckily, her mom was really cool and kind of helped my get her ponytail smooth. Also, the weather turned bad and we had a tornado watch all day. I think it was reported they had some tornadoes over at Universal, but we just had strong winds. It amazes me because people think that because they are in Disney World that nothing bad can happen even if there are tornadoes. Ebonee and I buddied up on a British Princess and she was the cutest thing ever. When Ebonee finished her hair the little girl gave her a drawing that she had made on the plane on the way over. It was the cutest thing. Ebonee was super excited. Then there was our last princess. Her mom is a cast member and works for ABC New York. They lived in Brooklyn. This little girl was terrible. She was throwing a hissy fit because she didn't want her mom to take pictures of her during the transformation. So I did some covert operations and secretly set up the mom's video camera on a ledge so that it caught the whole transformation. I finally got her calmed down while Ebonee was doing her hair. Ebonee is a better entertainer then I am so I switched places with her. This is where it gets interesting. Ebonee was telling the princess how me and her were best friends. That is when this little girl shocked us all. She looked at Ebonee and said "But how can a peach and a brown be best friends?" We were all shocked. We didn't know what to say. Ebonee then just called Sam over, who had no idea what just happened. Ebonee wanted to see what the girl would say. It truely shocked me. The mom was like "Did she just say what I think she said?" Yep mom she did and it is all on your video camera that I set up. I mean she had to learn that somewhere and it is most likely from home, which is sad. I did that little girl's hair as fast as I could and got out of there.

After getting over the shock of being called a peach, I went home and was lazy. We passed our cleaning inspections - they even left us some fruit roll-ups because we did such a good job, which is guess would be more exciting if I liked fruit roll-ups.

Hoedown Throw Down

This morning I got up and cleaned hard core. We have inspections tomorrow and I am not going to get another chance to clean. I did as much as I could before I had to go to work at 2. Work was pretty normal. I did have a princess from Rock Hill and her parents knew what Frham was so that was neat. I also had this little girl who wanted a pop, but then started freaking out when she realized her hair was going to be teased to stand up. So the mom just pulled her off the chair. So the little girl had the pop hair piece in, but it wasn't teased. I was worried that I was going to be in trouble because technically that is altering the hairstyles and we are not allowed to do that, but a manager never said anything. I got off at 8 and went home and cleaned some more. Jess and I then decided to get out of the house and go see the Hannah Montana Movie. I was so excited. The movie was actually pretty good. It was neat seeing Franklin and Franklin High School. The sad thing is that the movie made me really homesick haha. I also really want to learn the hoedown throw down, which is a big dance number that they do in the movie. Jess liked the movie too and we just headed home. Then I cleaned a little bit more and went to bed.

HAPPY EASTER!!

I got up early this morning so I could cook an Easter meal. I made mashed potatoes, carrots, pork tenderloin, rolls, and green bean casserole. Ebonee, Lindsay, Jess and I all ate together around 11. I think every thing came out pretty well - or at least they said it tasted good. We ended up spending a lot of time on youtube watching videos. Ebonee had to go to work so everyone ended up leaving. So I put in a movie and cleaned up the kitchen. I also had to clean the apartment a little bit because we have cleaning inspections coming up.

In the afternoon I was going a little bit stir crazy and needed to get out of the apartment. As I was walking out to go to Downtown Disney, I ran into Lindsay who was doing laundry. She ended up joining me. We got some ice cream and then just walked around and window shopped. Later, Adam joined us. He grabbed some ice cream as well. When we left, we happened upon a dance competition going on at the little stage thing they had set up. The final two teams were these two teenage white girls on spring break and these two indian kids from Orlando. Well the little indian boy was hilarious. He was so intense and had some killer dance moves that Lindsay and I are totally going to use next time we go dancing haha. This kid could not have been more then 10 and the sad thing was that he ended one of his routines by flipping the other team off. Wow I would be proud to be their mother. After the indian kids were crowned the winners, we all left. I went home and went to bed because I was pretty tired. It was definitely not a normal Easter, but it was still a fun one!

Lazy Day

Today I spent most of the day waiting on Dad to get done with Sigma Chi initiation and bring me back my car. So I just laid around. Ebonee came over and we tried to come up with a list of ideas for our costumes for Carolyn's birthday party. I think we settled on Anastasia and Drizella - the step sisters from Cinderella.

Dad finally brought my car back around 5, which was about the time we needed to get going. So Ebonee joined Dad and I at Roy's for dinner. We ordered some sushi and a couple different appetizers. They were so good! They had this tortellini that was amazing. I also found the first sushi that I liked. Ebonee also liked it. It was a pretty hilarious meal - we made friends with one of the chefs so we were asking him questions all through out our meal. We were sitting at the bar. We also thought we might be sitting near Gene Hackmen, but sadly it was not him. We finally had to say goodbye to Roy's and we took Dad to the airport. We said goodbye and then I just came back to the apartment. The rest of the night I just watched movies and was still lazy and then I went to bed!

Family Visit

I had today off and I picked up Dad at the airport. He was flying in to surprise Bob for his initiation into Sigma Chi. I picked him up and then we went to his hotel room. We hung out for a bit and Dad got settled. When then headed over to my apartment and I showed him around. He met Ebonee and Brian came out and said hello. After chatting for a bit we headed over to Downtown Disney to walk around and do some shopping and get some lunch. We grabbed sandwiches at Earl of Sandwich, which is always delicious. We then walked around. We did a little shopping. Dad also got to see the boutique in the World of Disney store, which is not as cool as the castle, but it is still good. Afterward, we went over to Disney's Boardwalk and walked around. We also got ice cream at Beaches and Cream. We ate our ice cream and people watched. We decided to check out the ESPN Club. Dad wanted to see how the Masters were going. We sat and watched the Masters for a bit. We formed a plan that we would come back to ESPN that night for dinner and to watch the Preds game. So we went back to my apartment and hung out for a bit. We went back to the ESPN Club and ordered dinner and watched the game. Brian and Bart stopped by for a bit. Dad thought it would be appropriate to nick name him "Stroller Boy" since he rents out strollers sometimes. Dad also won a t-shirt for answering some sports trivia. He was really excited. Sadly, the Preds didn't do so well. They lost, which means they aren't going to get into the playoffs - Sad day. But we left ESPN and Dad dropped me off at the apartment while he went back to his hotel room. Once Dad dropped me off, I went down and hung out at Brian's for a bit. I finally got to meet Kristina, who Ebonee always talks about, but somehow we had never met. We played baseball and that was interesting. Soon I had to go to bed because I was exhausted.

Dancing The Night Away

I went to work today and it was a usual day. Ebonee and I did meet this cute family from Maryland. They had 5 kids and one on the way. I did Emma's hair, she was the second oldest girl. I also did a cool dude on John who was the oldest. It went like this - John, Kaira, Emma, Chloe, Canyon and then one on the way. The were staying at the Grand Floridian and had been here 10 days and they were all begging their dad to stay 4 more. I really wanted to ask what they did for a living to be able to afford all of that. It was also really interesting. Whenever we asked the little girl how she wanted her nails done she said I don't know ask my Dad. Thats usually a question that goes to Mom, but whatever. And apparently rather then explain to the kids what pregnancy was, the mom had just told all the kids that every woman was with child. So Emma proceeded to walk around the boutique asking everyone if "they had one." It was pretty funny some of the looks she got from other fairy godmothers.

Sam's brother and cousins were also in town. So after a quick drive to Publix I got to meet them. Of course I put on the thick accent and the looks on their faces were pretty funny. We hung out in Sam's apartment for a while and ate some pizza. Her family is so much fun! They are pretty awesome.
We just hung out for the rest of the night, but then Ebonee, Sam, her family, some of her roomies and I all headed out to city walk. We ended up at a Salsa Club. It was a blast. Granted Ebonee and I had no idea what we were doing, they were great teachers and we somewhat caught on by the end of the night. It was one of the most fun nights yet. We just danced the night away. I did feel slightly awkward due to the fact that I had no idea what I was doing and I felt like all the Puerto Ricans that were there thought I was stupid but oh well - it was fun!

Horsey! Horsey!

Before work Ebonee, Alison, Heather and I went to lunch at the Chinese Buffet. I finally got to work on podium. It was absolutely crazy, but I guess that is a good thing. Around closing time there was a little boy who was playing with Ebonee. She was down on the ground pretending to be a cat (yeah I don't really know how that one started, but the little boy thought it was awesome). Well then the next thing you know the little boy thinks she is a horse and Stephanie puts the little boy on her back and he's like Horsey! Horsey! It was probably one of the funniest things I have seen in a while, but thank  goodness none of the managers saw her of she would probably have been in trouble, but it was good entertainment.

We got back to the apartment and I saw Brian and we ended up making a run to Taco Bell. We chatted for a while and then I just headed to bed.

Rose Petals!

I worked a long day - 7:30am - 8pm. But it was kind of worth it. I had a really good day and it was highlighted by the fact that I got a ton of rose petals. I started off the morning with a 40 rose petals from one family! I ended up with 135 rose petals for the day!! I know that I won't even get that many for the week, but it still makes you feel good. I also had some really fun families. I had Princess Madelyn and her brother Prince Chicken (I asked what he wanted to be called and that is what he told me lol). Their parents were both middle school teachers and they were awesome! I could have talked to them forever. They were just so enthusiastic about the whole thing. And their kids were precious. I wanted to take them home. I had a lot of cool dudes today as well. The two that stood out were Prince Harry and Prince Luke - they were from London. It was so fun listening to them talk. They talked to me about football and Prince Luke got the Liverpool team colors in his hair because that is the team he supports. Then it was Prince Harry's turn and the family was talking to him. It was hilarious because they kept saying Harry and all I could think of was Harry Potter. I feel really bad because whenever I have people from a British accent I always seem to try to copy them and I don't mean to and I don't want them to think that I am making fun of them.

We finally closed and I headed to Kristen's birthday dinner with Sam and Kate at Bahama Breeze. There were a bunch of our FGITs there and we just sat around and talked. I left early with Sam because I was so tired from work. When I got back to the apartment, Jess and I went to WalMart and got ice cream and rented Bolt. Bolt is a really cute movie! I actually really liked it. Rhino was my favorite! He is so cute! After the movie we just headed to bed.

Let Them Eat Cake...Or Throw It

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRIAN!!

I worked a long day today, which sucked. I had the brattiest princess ever. She was just terrible. When I finally left the castle, Ebonee and I went to Publix to get some decorations and a cake for Brian for his birthday. I then went to Don Pablos with Adam to grab some food. The service took so long. I finally got back to Patterson. I went down to Brian's apartment and wished him a happy birthday. We went and got his cake and sang him Happy Birthday and he blew out his candles. So then we started slicing up the cake. The next thing I know, Bart's face is in the cake because Lindsay shoved it in his face. Well then of course Brian had to stand up for his boy and got Lindsey in the face. And then Lindsey had to get Brian back and then the war began. Everyone had cake on their face. Brian was covered it was even all over his back. I was the last one to get cake, but Shashank was nice enough to let me pull my hair back first. Then the brilliance began. To get all the cake off everyone, we all just decided it would be fun to go and jump in the pool. Just so people know, we were having a cold front, which meant it was like 60 degrees outside and the Patterson pool is always ice cold, so it was probably not the best decision. I did not get in the pool. I had the camera and was video taping the escapade. I even got some quite interesting video commentary from Ebonee. Then funny this was that this all happened the night of the national championship basketball game. So this one girl comes up to me thinking that the icing on my face, which happened to be green and white, ask if we were all cheering for Michigan State. I was like no this is cake not face paint haha. We finally got everyone back to the apartment and of course everyone was freezing, and I think it shocked a little common sense back into everyone. The apartment was trashed! Of course it was chocolate cake and it was all over the carpet! I helped clean up a little bit, but this all happened about 1am and I had to be at work at 7:30 so I peaced out and went to bed. But it was definitely one of the most fun nights since we have been here!

"OMG Ratcliff just did the Single Ladies Dance!"

I worked an early shift today on podium. Ebonee picked me up afterwards and we went to Hollywood Studios and met Brenna and he boyfriend Jake, who was in town visiting. We walked around for a bit and then found a spot to watch the Block Party Bash. I had never seen it bedore and it is really cute. They have people on trampolines and dancers and characters running around, but mainly from Pixar films like Monster's Inc, The Incredibles and A Bug's Life. After the parade, Ebonee and I went our separate ways from Brenna and Jake to get some food. We ended up at the ABC Commissary. We walked around for a bit and then went and found Heather in her awesome costume. We also grabbed some food. While we were eating, Ebonee and I spotted this little boy and girl who were about 9 or 10. We had a debate about whether or not they were brother and sister or boyfriend and girlfriend. We eventually settled on brother and sister because there was only one set of parents. It was pretty interesting. Apparently the girl hurt her knee and the boy was taking care of her.

We also went to the animation studio. We got the low down on how to meet random characters. It turns out that we could if we just hung out for a bit. It was awesome! We ended up getting to meet The Queen (from Snow White), Jafar, The Queen of Hearts, the penguins from Mary Poppins, and Gov. Ratcliff. It was sooo fun! Ratcliff approached us and then started doing the Single Ladies dance. It was hysterical. We then walked to Toy Story and waited in line because we had nothing else to do. The people behind us had no concept of person space. They were all up on us. Then there was almost a fist fight because this one kept coming back and forth through the line bringing more and more people.
We met back up with Brenna and Jake at Fantasmic! They ended up letting everyone into the theater rather then making everyone stand up. Well to entertain everyone the crowd started doing the wave, but there was a new twist. It started out normal, but then everyone did it in slow motion and then super sped up. It was pretty funny and something that I have never seen before. Finally, Fantasmic! started. Ebonee had never seen it before so it was fun to watch her reaction. The more I watch it the more I come to realize that it is a really good show. Afterward, Ebonee took me back to my car and we headed home.

Shopping and Grass Hoppers

Today I got up early and worked from 8-2. I got pulled to podium again, which is good. Once I got off, I met Jess and we did a little shopping for Jared's present. We had a good time and made our plans for the gift. It should turn out pretty well. We played around a little in Best Buy and played a little Rock Band. We came back to the apartment and were lazy. We finally got ourselves up and went to Downtown Disney. We grabbed some ice cream and did a little window shopping. They opened the new Tren D store, which has some really cute stuff.
Ebonee called me when we were on our way back and wanted me to come over. We ended up finding her in the parking lot of patterson. The real motive of why she called was that she had found a dead grass hopper in her car and wanted me to get it out for her because she didn't want to touch it. Sam ended up getting it out before I got there haha. We all ended up sitting in the parking lot for a while and talking. Brian stopped by for a while and joined our chat. Afterwards, we all just went our separate ways.

Finding the Fairy Godmother

Today I woke up to find myself on the couch, which actually is just as comfortable if not more then our "beds". I was bum until Jess and I finally got up and got some food. After a sightseeing tour of international drive, we decided to go to Downtown Disney to eat at Earl of Sandwich. Then as we were walking back to the car this lady had this whole thing of pins set up for trading. Of course I had to stop and see if she had a fairy godmother pin and she had 2! I got so excited. I went and bought her what she wanted out of the store and then she found out I was a cast member and she collects cast member exclusive pins. So I went and dropped off Jess because she had to go to work and then I went over to Company D and bought a couple of cast pins that she wanted. I went back to DTD and ended up trading for a few more pins that I wanted. It totally made my day. I ended up getting the two fairy godmothers, scamp, the partners pin, and a minnie pin just cause. She was super nice and she and her husband winter down here and she was headed back in a few weeks.

After DTD, I came back to the apartment and started my never ending pile of laundry. I ended up using 4 different washing machines. It was a bit ridiculous. So then I ended up cleaning the apartment and catching up on a few things. I watched Sidney White, National Treasure and National Treasure 2. It was pretty much just a chill evening.

Awkward

I had to be at work at 7:30 - suck. I always feel bad for the first princess of the day because I am clearly not awake yet so I don't really talk and I always feel bad. This morning it was ok because my first princess' mom came in complete Colts gear. When the Kelsey, the princess, picked the blue tiara, the mom good then we can save it and use it during Colts season too. Of course I then had to say something about the Titans. Well then she said that her husband was from Ohio so they were bug Eddie George fans, which did NOT help their case at all with me, but I didn't let them know that. The other fun princess was this 8 year old that was obsessed with Animal Planet and got a pop. This little girl, Anmy, reminded me so much of Kylie it was ridiculous. Everything I said she had an answer for and every other question was "Why?" Well don't worry, I now know that if I ever encounter a nurse shark that it is so peaceful I could kiss it if I wanted, just as long as I don't flip it over - which you know is always useful information.

After my bottomless pit of Animal Planet knowledge, I had a little girl who was getting a diva. Then her two brothers showed up and I convinced them that they wanted a cool dude. They were a really fun family and the Dad was too funny.
When I got off work at 1:30 I went over to Animal Kingdom to get more signatures. Well who shows up, but my little pop princess. Luckily I had my sunglasses (thank you property control and sorry to the guest who lost them) and only the mom recognized me because she saw me before I put my sunglasses on. I even talked to Anmy about her hair and she had no idea. It was super awkward though. They were like what are you doing outside of the castle? I was just like oh the fairy godmother let me out for the rest of the day.
After that encounter, I met a ton more characters and even saw Whitney (who is a character attendant). When I was meeting the bear from Brother Bear the character attendant recognized me because he had taken pictures with me and Meeko a couple days ago. Yeah thats not awkward either. Now I really seem like a creeper. He was nice about it though.
I then ran over to Hollywood Studios to meet Frozone. I tried to meet the rest of the power rangers, but I missed them.
So I came back to the apartment and laid around. I finally got up and got ready to go to Rhonda's birthday bash at City Walk. It was 80's Night at the Groove and we were supposed to be in 80's gear, but I was fresh out so I went looking more like a 50's housewife. Ebonee said all I needed was the apple pie and pearls. Rhonda's party was a blast. She looked amazing. It looked like she just popped out of a Madonna video. It was great socializing outside of the castle. All I have to say is that we are some crazy FGITs.
When we came home Jess had just started watching Sydney White so I finished off my ice cream and watched the movie. I ended up falling asleep on the couch where I stayed for the rest of the night.

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo (Must be said with a British accent)

Today I was working Podium, which is always awesome!! I got there about 15 minutes early so I went and got a big thing of bubbles and went out to the castle courtyard and played with a bunch of kids. I felt like a pied piper of kids rather then rats. It was so fun. It amazes me how kids get so excited about the smallest things. When I was working it seemed like today was the day of British princesses. It was so cute because when they say Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo their accents just make it about 20 times better. It is adorable. I was off at 8 as usual and then went to Bdubs with Ebonee and the gang. I couldn't stay long because I had to be at work at 7:30 the next morning. So I left Bdubs and came home and had some ice cream with Jess and we talked for a bit, but then I had to get to bed r I would be dead the next day. So I said goodnight.

Louisville Yes I Say It Correctly

Today I laid around until I finally had to get up around 12 to get ready for work. Work was pretty good. I had a Princess from Clarksville, but was originally from Hawaii. Her dad had just retired from the military. I also had a princess from Lexington and Louisville. It was funny because when I said Louisville the mom looked at me and asked me where I was from because I pronounced Louisville correctly haha. After that work went by pretty quickly and got off at 8. Then I came back and got ready and Ebonee and I went to Ale house. We had the same waiter as last week and when he came to our table he looked at Ebonee and said "Vodka, Sprite and Grenadine and what do you want" (looking at me.) I just died laughing because Ebonee's face was priceless. Well, turns out that his name is Seth and we are probably going to see him every Tuesday haha. We met Heather and her friend there. It was a fun night, we just sat around and talked and carried on. Good times.

Make A Wish

This morning I got up early and went to Epcot for the Character spot. I met Donald, Goofy and Pluto. I skipped over Minnie and Mickey because I had already met them. There was a little boy in line behind me who did not like the whole waiting in line thing. I tried to entertain him with stickers, but it was not happening. It worked out though because once he got to see the characters his whole persona completely changed. It was too cute.

I also did a lap around the World Showcase because sometimes random characters are out there, but I didn't find any. So I made my way back over to Magic Kingdom. There I was able to find Rafiki, who turned out to be really good friends with Brenna. That was fun. Then I walked over and met Captain Hook and Mr. Smee. Their character attendant was super annoying and took forever to take pictures. Then I walked over to get Peter Pan and Wendy. Well it turned out to be my favorite Peter and Wendy, which totally made my day. Then while walking back to get ready for work, I saw Meeko so that was fun too.
Work came and of course the first Princess that I have is a make a wish Princess - don't get me wrong she was the cutest thing ever! The only thing was that she had the shortest hair ever. Usually they give us a wig, but apparently the parents didn't want that and of course the Princess wanted the pop. Well inside I am freaking out because I didn't know what the heck I was supposed to do. I called Melanie over, who is a trainer and she showed me what to do. I was super nervous during the whole thing because I didn't want to hurt her. But I finished and turned her around and she absolutely loved it and the parents were so excited. The parents faces are sometimes better then the kids. I also had a princess who was from Bermuda. That was a first. I have started making a list of all the places I have had Princesses from. Right now it includes 20 states and 6 different countries including England, Ecuador, Brazil, Bermuda, Panama, and Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and British Colombia).
I was able to get an ER so I headed back to the apartment for a bit. I then headed over to Cattin's with Sam for movie night. We watched The House Bunny, which is a movie I need to go buy because it is hilarious. I had forgotten how funny that movie was. I came back to the apartment afterward and saw Kristy and she was packing to head home to Nashville for a few days. So I stayed up and watched her pack and then we chatted for a bit and then I fell asleep.

Clubs, Creepers and Characters

So I have been a bit busy and haven't really been able to update as much as I wanted so to catch up on the days I decided to just write about the highlights.

Ebonee and I finally made it to Cowboys. We went with Brenna, Whitney and Megan. Brenna and I actually learned a couple of the line dances, which I must say I am pretty proud of myself. We also were a little shocked to discover that they were having a boots and bikinis contest. Well, I wouldn't actually consider any of them actually wearing bikinis. One girl was just covered by three four leaf clovers. It was probably the trashiest thing I have ever seen. I was pretty much shocked and according to the guy we were standing next to they were all strippers, which I don't find hard to believe. As Ebonee put it, "This is a BIKINI contest not a sleep with random guys contest!"
On a totally different note, I have started and am now almost done with Devin and Mikayla's birthday presents. I have been going on a character hunt. I am trying to meet all the characters that I can and have them sign autograph books for them. I have also been taking pictures with the characters with a sign that says "Happy Birthday Devin" and the other side says "Happy Birthday Mikayla." So far I have met over 50 different characters. Right now the ones I have left are going to be hard to track down with the exception of the Blue, Red and Green Power Rangers. It is pretty funny the looks I have been getting because here I am a 21 year old by myself with three autograph books. Nope I promise I am not a creeper. It has gotten to the point where some of the character attendants are beginning to recognize me. The neat thing about this is that Jess and I found a website that has all the characters signatures on it. So we also made baby posters with Devin and Mikayla on them surrounded by character signatures that have been artful remastered by Jess. She also made me a hug poster. I am pretty much in love with it.
I also saw Wishes! from a different spot, but it wasn't really by choice. Adam convinced me to ride splash with him. You know because he is a badass (or so he would like to think) he got us a boat by ourselves and he got the water cannons turned off so we wouldn't get soaked. Well, he lied, but not really on purpose. Recently, the bridge cannon was finally fixed so now innocent bystanders get just as wet if not more as the people on the ride. Well, the also added some fun new cannons to the actual drop that spray you right in the face. Yeah. Not fun. I was so mad, but it was kind of neat to see Wishes! from the ride. So speaking of Adam - he invited me out on St. Patrick's Day to this club called Vintage downtown. It was so fun, but then it pretty much just turned into a shit show. Adam's friend decided he wanted to be a tough guy and get into a fight that he was no way involved in and get the crap beat out of him. So now he is pissed and running around covered in blood without a shirt on channeling the Hulk. We finally gave up on getting him back in the car 1. because we couldn't find him to get in the car and 2. the few times we had him near the car he just ran away. We were driving out of the parking garage and just happened to see him and at the last minute able to get him in the car. It was the stupidest thing ever and ruined a fun night. Adam and I just wanted pizza haha
Now onto news from the castle. One of the main highlights is that I got to meet Mary Lou Retton. She came into the boutique with her daughters and they were the cutest things. I almost missed them due to some stupid class that basically tells me where my red yellow and green zones are for moving things and how to be safe. The class was called safety in motion (SIMs) and SO dumb. We also had hair evaluations. So Maritza and I had a date and I was lead down to the managers office and told to do a diva. I passed! yay! There really has only been two really memorable princesses. The first, Princess Kora, was a pain in my butt. When I called her princess she pretty much yelled at me that she hated Princesses and proceeded to tell me to only address her as Kora. Everything I said she hated or wanted nothing to do with. She didn't like princesses or pirates or princes or aliens, but yet when I asked her what she did like she said everything - yeah riiiiight. The second princess, Princess Kiera, was probably the most enthusiastic and loud princess I have had. She was with her sister and her two cousins. One of the them happened to be named Lauren and she thought it was so cool that we had the same name. She was a little chatterbox. But at one point I just wanted to give her a hug because she turned around and said "Lauren I wish you could be a princess too so you could come play with us." Me too Princess. She was so cute. When she got done I presented her with these certificates that we give out during Magical Moments and I gave her one saying she had officially become a princess. When I showed it to her she screamed - not squealed with delight, but screamed. Like everyone topped and looked at us and Maritza came over to see what was wrong. She absolutely adored everything and could not stop looking at herself in the mirror. It was precious and that is why I love this job!
The other sad news from the castle is that Disney has laid off roughly 450 employees. Adam lost three of his managers, one of which he really liked, Lindsay lost the one that really fought for the CPs and the boutique lost Sydney, who really wasn't around with us much, but it still sucks. And Disney completely got rid of Cast Services. Luckily, our advocate just got moved to a custodial manager at Epcot. It pretty much sucks and for once it was a sad week in Disney - not that any of the guests would have ever known.
And I saved the best for last! The creeper Justin story. Ebonee and I were waiting on the three o-clock parade with begin in the castle hub when we see Joey Fatone walk by and then decided to strike up a nice conversation with Juan (the castle show manager) and another one of the PAC cast members. We were pretty much grilling them with questions from how to work for Guest Services to how you get to be grand marshall and ride in the car. Well enter creeper Justin. He just kind of popped up behind us. He asked us if we really wanted to know how to be grand marshal. So then we keep talking to this kid. He says he is 25 years old and works in entertainment, but used to be a CP and worked at Test Track at Epcot. So you know cool we keep talking to him through the parade. Then when the parade is over we tell him about the character hunt and he just decides that he is going to come with us because he doesn't have anything else to do on his day off. So we make our way to the fairies. We are talking to this kid and the whole time I am thinking that there is something a little bit off about this guy, but of course Ebonee has her phone turned off so I can't text her. Then I see that he is wearing a class ring. So I ask to see it. It says that he graduated in 2007. When I ask him about it he says that the ring place messed up and that he really graduated in 2002 and he just hasn't gotten it fixed yet. I mean really who waits 7 years and doesn't get anything done to change it. Plus, ring companies don't make that big of mistakes. So then I start grilling this kid on stuff and he comes up with the answers like he wasn't lying when I know that he is. Ebonee on the other hand is completely oblivious and still the phone is still dead and can't text her. And from here on out he walks in between Ebonee and I so I can't talk to her. The really creepy part about all of this was that this kid brought up everything that I liked. From being a Titans and hockey fan, to the exact spot where I watch Wishes! It was super creepy. So I was able to get his last name out of him and when we were finally able to get home and I explained everything to Ebonee we looked him up on facebook. It turns out that he is not 25 (duh!), but 19 and still works at Epcot at Test Track and still a CP. So I had to text this kid because we accidently told him our dinner plans and he invited himself so I texted him saying that we had changed our minds about going out. Well then he proceeded to send me pictures of the castle and then invite me to see La Nouba with him. Needless to say, I ignored the text and I have yet to hear back from him! Yay! and that has been my exciting life for the past couple of weeks!

Back to Work

I didn't have to work until 2 so it was a pretty lazy morning until I finally had to get ready for work. When I finally got there, there were about a billion FGITs so I asked if I could go pixie dust. They said I could so I left. It was so HOT! And apparently there were 50,000 guests in the park so I was lucky I didn't get mobbed. Right towards the end the wind picked up so I came back covered. I tried to used a baby wipe to get some of the pixie dust off my face but it wasn't happening.
I was finally able to snag a chair and of course I got a princess from Ecuador who didn't speak English so Margarita and Grisela had to translate everything. It was kind of funny because the little girl wanted hair to match her own, but then saw another little girl with red hair and wanted that instead. The mom was not too happy with her, but she let her get what she wanted. Then I did a fairy tale on a little girl named Emma from Texas. So that was easy. I went to tea and someone thought it would be a good idea to bring their roommate to work drunk. He was stumbling around the mouseketeria and could barely stand up - stupid. I got to work podium when I came back with Sam, or I should say Carla because she forgot her name tag and was borrowing one.
Our last two princesses were the cutest thing. It was both of their birthdays and one was named J'nelle and the other was Mina Sophia. Sophia was the cutest thing. I took her to Susan because she was adorable and I knew Susan would do a great job. Susan thanked me afterword. She was precious. J'nelle was just gorgeous. They bought one of the super deluxe sleeping beauty costumes with jewelry and everything. They were from Antigua and she had the most beautiful skin tone. I was jealous. But they both learned how to do the princess wave and curtsey. I was able to collect my rose petals from last week and I got WAY more then I was expecting so apparently we did really well last week or people were feeling very generous.
After work Sam and I popped up to watch Wishes, but I learned that Sam had never seen Spectro so we watched that for a bit. We had to fight to get up to the castle to see wishes and then it was even worse trying to get back down into the tunnels. But we finally made it. The plan was to go back and get ready and go to House of Blues, but as soon as I got home the headache I had had all day decided to become a migraine and it was one of the worst ones I have had in a while. I think I was just worn out. So I stayed in and slept.

Wake Up Tinkerbell!!

I had to be at work at 7:30, which is super early, but somehow I had a lot of energy. It started off great and I think that is probably why. I was supposed to be on chair for my shift, but they only scheduled 2 people to be on podium, when you need three. So we all had to pick a number between one and 50 and I was closest so I got to be on podium! Yay! Then around 8:30 Mary Beth told me and Emily to follow her. We went down to the Rose Garden on the side of the castle to go to the Fantasyland leaders morning meeting. This is like all of Mary Beth's bosses so it was a little nervous making. Apparently Emily and I had way more energy then anybody else because we were put with the task of waking everyone up. And since today is National Potato Chip Day, as well as Save A Spider Day, I got to pass out chips to everyone.

Then Mary Beth volunteered us to entertain everyone and we had no idea what to do so we did the We're All in This Together dance from HSM. I am sure everyone thought we were crazy. But then we also got to lead Princess Lessons. It was pretty funny seeing the two leaders over Fantasyland pretend to lift their skirts and curtsey. The whole rest of the day Mary Beth would just start giggling and say "I'm sorry I just keep picturing my boss doing a princess curtsey." Apparently she had tried to get them to do this before and it had never worked.
After Princess lessons, we all grabbed a Mickey had and proceeded to skip up the castle walk singing "Hi Ho Hi Ho It's off to work we go" and waving and giving people high-4s. Then we opened up Fantasyland and ran around the courtyard and blew bubbles. So Fun! Then Mary Beth grabbed us and told us to go into Tinkerbell's Treasures. There a guest got to ring the Tinker bell and wake up Tinkerbell. So while the guest is ringing the bell all of us our shouting "Wake up TInkerbell!" Then you see her pixie dust fly around the room and then she comes out and yawns and waves. IT was too cute! Sadly after that we had to go back to work.
Since I was on podium the day went by really quickly. Right before I got off, Jessica, Amanda and Brian stopped by. Brian had to go to work so I agreed to take Jessica and Amanda back to their hotel. Once I got changed, Brian brought them to cast parking and I got their suitcases. We had some time to kill so we went to McDonalds and just hung out for a bit. Then sadly I had to take them back to their resort so they could catch the shuttle to the airport.
Then I came back to the apartment and just chilled out. I fell asleep for a bit while I was watching Mulan. Then I decided to be productive and I made dinner. I put Anastasia in after I ate and fell asleep again. Then I got up and Brandon came over we just chilled and I finally went to bed.

Dinosaur...Grrr! Yeti....Grrr!

We made it to Animal Kingdom around 10am. We decided to take a break from our extremely early mornings after our late nights. Once we were in the park, we went to Dinosaur - formally known as Count Down to Extinction. There was not that long of a line so we didn't need a fast pass or anything. I really hate that ride. With a passion. It is soooooo LOUD! It hurts my ears and it is pretty terrifying. We met up with Brandon afterward and he was able to get us some fast passes for the rest of the day. So that was nice.

We then walked over to the tree of life and saw It's Tough to Be A Bug. That is pretty funny when you know what is coming and other people don't and to watch their reaction. And the part where they spray you with some sort of "poison" or something, I was expecting a mist. But no. I was dripping and it sprays you right in the face. I guess I should have figured that when the seats we sat in where pretty wet because no one had sat in those seats during the last showing. But somehow it never dawned on me.
We then went and got lunch, which was surprisingly good. You always expect park food to be kind of bad, but this was not. We got honey chicken and rice. yum. After lunch, we walked over and did the safari ride. It was cool. Most of the animals were out so that is always nice. Then of course we made our way over to Everest. I did finally ride with my eyes open and everything. yay me! That is a really cool ride though.
Next we ventured down to Camp Minnie Mickey to watch the Festival of the Lion King. We sat in the lion section (yay Alphie!) and watched the show. It was really cool. They had all these tumblers that were like cirque de solei and then wire and fabric performers. It was way better then I thought it was going to be. Afterward, we cashed in on our free ice cream and headed over to wait for Nemo to start. Brandon had gotten us VIP reservations so we didn't have to wait in line. Nemo is always so cute, but I have to say I really didn't like the actress who was Dori in this one.
After we found Nemo, we used the rest of our fast passes on Everest. We thought about going and doing Kali River Rapids, but it was late in the day and none of us really wanted to get wet. So after Everest, we drove over to Hollywood Studios. Brad and Matt were really tired so they caught a bus back to the resort and said they would meet up with us in time for Fantasmic. So we walked around Studios and ended up on the Streets of America, which somehow they had all missed the day before. We played around with the prop umbrella and pretended to be singing in the rain (they have rain that actually falls down around you). Then we walked over and met Mike and Sully. The photo pass guy was like make a scared face and I turn my head to find Sully about 2 inches from my face. My scared face was not posed - he freaked me out.
We then walked over to One Man's Dream, which is basically like a walk through thing about Walt and the beginning of Disney. It was pretty interesting. We decided to skip out on the film though. We then met up with Adam and one of his friends. We grabbed some dinner at Pizza Planet and then we split up again. Adam and his friend, Mike, went to go ride Rockin' Rollercoaster while we all went to get in line for Toy Story. The wait wasn't even that long so that was nice and I got a new personal high score! Sometime while waiting in line, Celeste and I started a mad Hidden Mickey hunt. We ended up finding a bunch in the toy story line. We got super excited. Then Brad, Celeste and I rode Tower of Terror one last time. Well, since we were still on our hunt for hidden mickey's we decided to make our own in the video room. There are a bunch of book cases and of course they are covered in dust, but there were some rings left on it like someone had left a drink there. So I just added some little ears and boom you got a hidden mickey. I can't wait to go back and see if it is still there. For the picture we went with the universal sign for an animal....grrr.
We met back up with Adam, Mike (his friend) and Mike's girlfriend in time for Fantasmic. I have come to enjoy that show more and more. I really like the music. I think Fantasmic was a pretty good way to end their trip. I took them back to their resort and sadly I had to say goodbye. It was sad! I am excited though because Celeste is applying to come down here and hopefully some of our time will overlap. But after saying goodbye I came home and crashed.

I'm More Prepared then a Boy Scout

We were able to get up and make it to Epcot early. They were letting people in, but the park wasn't really open. They did a little opening thing. Mickey and Goofy and Donald and Minnie all came running out. Then everyone basically ran to Soarin'. It was really cool and lived up to all the hype. There were parts where I was picking my feet up because I thought there were going to hit something. But I think I really got a kick out of the fact that the "pre-flight" video had Kronk in it. That totally made my day. After Soarin' it was a quick walk over to the Seas with Nemo. We rode the Living Seas With Nemo, which is where you get loaded into your clam shell and went through all these aquariums, but the neat thing was that all the characters from Nemo were "swimming" in the tanks with all the other fish. After that we went over to the Shark section and took some pictures inside of Bruce's mouth and goofed off. We then heard someone yell that it was last chance for the first Turtle Talk With Crush so we ran in there. It was cute. It was kind of like the laugh floor with the way that Crush interacts with the guests, but it was way more informative. All the little kids sit down in the front and ask all their questions about turtles. It is cute.

When then made our way to Mission Space. I don't like this ride. I think I was scarred from the one space simulator ride at the Astronaut Hall of Fame with Abbey back during sophomore year of high school. But I sucked it up and rode the full intensity version. I must say it was not nearly as bad as I was planning on it to be. Granted I did not like the ride, but it was not as bad as it could have been. After that we headed over to test track to get some fast passes. Once we got them we had to wait for our time so we walked over to the World Showcase, which didn't open until 11. So we waited for it to open and sat and talked for a bit. Adam met us right after it opened and we went to Norway. We all rode the little boat ride and then skipped out on the movie afterward which is super boring. We did get a surprise because we were able to meet Mary Poppins. Who would have thought that she would be in Norway? We left norway and made our way to Japan for lunch. Where once again we had to wait on the restaurant to open because it was 11:28 and they opened at 11:30. They were kind of rude, but oh well the food was pretty good.
After lunch we went back to Test Track. We rode it once and I was great seeing Celeste and Molly's reaction to the truck. I really wish the picture for that ride was right there because they would get some great faces. One Adam's friends was working in the tower and we were able to ride a second time without even getting out of the car. That was pretty neat. After our second ride she came out and met us and we were able to get a tour of the control tower. That was pretty neat. It is all computerized and such. I am glad I don't work attractions. I would get super nervous if I was in tower and something went wrong. Then we were able to hop on for a third time. This time my shoulder belt didn't lock when it was supposed to and I slammed my shoulder into the side of the car during the breaks part of the ride. That was not really that fun.
On the way out of the park, Brad stepped on Molly's flip flop and it broke a little bit. Well have no fear because what does Molly pull out of her purse - super glue. So she super glued her show back together for the day. We said goodbye to Epcot and I had to run to work, so Adam dropped all of them off at Hollywood Studios. The only plus side about work was that I was on podium so it went by really quickly. I was also able ER and meet them at Hollywood Studios. I just kind of chilled because they were in the American Idol experience for the finale show. We met up and decided to go wait for Toy Story Mania. That ride is so worth the wait. Then we all walked over to the Tower of Terror. Only me, Celeste, and Brad wanted to ride. I asked if we could sit in the front row so they sent us to a different car. The creepy thing was that we were the only ones in the car. Even though I have ridden that ride soo many times, that time was extra creepy because there was no one else was in the car with us. Afterward, we just went over to Rockin' Roller coaster. I rode with some woman from Georgia and was on vaycay with her daughter. They were ridding separately because the line went faster. We also tried to take some jumping pictures by Rockin', but on the first jump Molly's broken Flip Flop finally bit the dust. She was sad because super glue couldn't fix it. Brad was finally able to get his turkey leg that he had been talking about the whole trip so he was excited. Those things are pretty good. I grabbed some ice cream and we made our way to the front of the park.
After we rode all the rides we walked back to the front of the park and took all our pictures in front of the hat. Well pictures in front of the hat turned into dance party in front of the hat complete with waltzing, kick lines, and Thriller. It was so much fun. Celeste and Brad had a small audience for their thriller dance and got a nice round of applause. We concluded the night with a final bow to the hat right before we walked through the gates to head back to the car. It was a fantastic day!

Let's Go To The Laughing Place. That Sounds Nice

Today I had to get up super early so we could make it to the opening of Magic Kingdom. I got up and ran to Publix and cashed my check. Then after grabbing some breakfast, I went and picked up the gang. We had to stop and get some gas, but then we were on our way. We parked at the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC). We had to buy one ticket, since I can only Main Gate 3. Then we boarded the monorail and made our way to MK. When we got off the monorail, we had barely missed the opening so that was kind of a bummer. After we made it into the park, we literally ran - well actually we did some intense speed walking (Celeste - check the pulse haha!) up to the Dumbo ride. Brad was SUPER excited for Dumbo. We waited in line for about 15 minutes. After Dumbo, we tried to meet Ariel, but the line was already 30 minutes lone, which is a bit ridiculous. So then we went over and rode the Peter Pan ride, which is always a classic and later in the day has a really long line. Then we walked over to Toon Town to meet the Princesses. I didn't realize that Toon Town didn't open until 10. So we took pictures in front of the sign and such. They did a little opening thing at Toon Town and then it was basically a mad rush for the fairies of Pixie Hollow. So we went to Mickey who was standing there waving, but no body went to him. So we went and Mickey gave us a tour of his house. That was pretty neat. Then we walked over to the Judge's Tent and met both Mickey and Minnie and took some pictures.

Next we walked over to the Princesses and the coolest thing ever happened. First off, Celeste, Molly and I all wore stitched letter shirts to the park. Its fun because then ADPis from other schools stop and say hi. So anyway, we go in and meet Cinderella and thats neat. Then we meet Belle, who secretly has always been my favorite. We are standing there chatting and she was like oh we have some ADPi sisters here. She asked where we were from and when we said Kentucky she made some comment about Papa's horse loving all the horses there. Then as we were saying by she grabs my hand and does the ADPi handshake. I wish the photo pass guy could have gotten a picture of my face because I am sure it was priceless. I kind of freaked out and grabbed Molly's backpack and was like OMG go shake her hand. It was probably the most exciting thing ever. I told her that she should come visit the boutique and I could give her some pixie dust. So still reeling from Belle, we went to meet Sleeping Beauty. That is where we realized that we were all wearing the colors of her fairies - pink, blue, and green. And wouldn't you know that I was the one in blue. All I could think was I'm the blue fairy and then Peggy Burnette from BGA haha. Even the photo pass girl was like thats a little creepy. We finally left the princesses and waved about 8 million times to Belle.
We then went on the Barnstormer, which is pretty much the only ride in Toon Town. Then we walked over to the Mad Tea Party and saw Alice actually on the tea cups! That was pretty neat. You always see that in the commercials, but I had never actually seen a character on a ride. I had never ridden the tea cups - or at least not that I could remember. So that was fun although I was a little scared I was going to get sick. Then we walked over to the Castle and made a stop of the BBB. Ebonee was able to come out and pixie dust us. She made sure to get Matt and Brad really well. Then we walked down to the Haunted Mansion and I showed Molly all the hidden mickeys. Then we walked over to Adventureland to find my favorite Peter.
Seeing Peter again was super fun. Molly and Celeste were excited because apparently Celeste is a stalker and went through all my pics on facebook and she and Molly feel in love with Peter. Molly was funny because when I went and hugged Peter I told him that Molly was pretty much in love with him and he ran with it. I love Peter haha.
We continued our journey into Tomorrowland and we were going to fast pass Space Mountain, but the line was only 20 minutes so we just waited. After Space Mountain, we decided it was time to get some lunch. We walked back up to the castle, where Jess and Sara Puckett and Liz met us. I then took everyones order and Jess and I popped down to get Subway rather then paying park prices for food. Thank god Jess was there. We spent some time making the sandwiches not to obvious that they were from Subway. Then when we got back up I told them to eat quick and destroy the evidence haha.
After lunch we went back to Tomorrowland and rode Buzz Lightyear. Jess and I car and guns got activated before Celeste and Molly's and we kind of got stuck. We were able to spin around and shoot their car, which turns out gives you points. Even though it was not that many it was still entertaining while we were stuck. I did terrible on the ride. Jess and I just kind of stopped and posed for the picture. We then went and did the Monsters Inc Laugh Floor, which they all got a kick out of. Then we walked over they all did the Stitch ride, but Jess has a Stitch phobia and I really didn't want to ride it so we just sat outside. While waiting some woman came up and gave us fast passes for Space Mountain so that was nice. We then went and staked out the usual spot for the Dreams Come True parade. But it was super late and thats when I realized that they were running it backwards from Main Street rather then from Frontierland. But once the parade got there it was running way fast so that kind of sucked. It also sucked because we had fast passes for Big Thunder Mountain and there was a huge bottleneck down there. That is where I realized that some people must not look in the mirror when they leave their house. We saw this woman who had "Ready. Sex. Go" written on the butt of her shorts. I mean really why on earth would you ever by those and much less where them to the most family friendly place.
Anyway, we finally made it to Big Thunder Mountain. While waiting in line, Celeste just randomly yelled out "Adam!", which was the name of the guy loading everyone into cars. I really thought that she didn't know him and was just saying hi or something. Turns out they went to high school together. After we rode, we met him outside the ride and chatted and then he gave us some more passes. So then rather then wait for our fast passes for Splash Mountain, we just used the ones he gave us.
We were able to convince Molly to get on Splash Mountain. She was basically freaking out the entire time. Celeste and I were in the front and had our bags tucked up under our shirts so they wouldn't get too wet. We got hit by the water cannons and we got soaked, my shorts weren't even dry for Wishes later that night. So after getting soaked and laughing at Molly we went and saw Philarmagic, which is super cute. While walking I heard the last MISICI parade start and I made them run so we could go dance in it. The guys were lame and wouldn't dance, but Celeste and Molly did. The guys just missed out. Then we went and waited in line for the Astro Orbiter. While standing in line, this lady was like oh my gosh my daughter is an ADPi so we chatted. Then she took a picture of us to show to her daughter. Adam met us over there because he had gotten off work. When we got up to ride we realized that that ride was not built for two adults to ride. Molly and I were in one car, Brad and Matt in another and Celeste and Adam in another. It was super awkward and very close quarters haha.
After escaping the close quarters of the Astro Orbiter, we managed to squeeze all 6 of us in a honey pot for the Whinnie the Pooh ride. So bouncing along with Tigger was bit uncomfortable. But we escaped and went and rode It's A Small World and surprisingly the song did NOT get stuck in my head. Actually Celeste and I had Once Upon a Dream stuck in our heads. It was really annoying because we really only knew one line. We went to grab some pizza for dinner and then went to the front of the castle for Wishes. We took a bunch of pics in front of the castle and then settled in. Sadly, Tink didn't fly, which is a real bummer because that is really cool. And of course afterward Celeste and I had to take advantage of the prime waltzing music. I have to say I think it was our best waltz yet haha.
At some point we had to say goodbye to the Magic Kingdom, and we finally did. We jumped on the monorail. There was the cutest little girl who was super upset about something. She finally turned and looked at me and I was able to start talking to her. When I called her Princess, which has now become a habit to any little girl, her parents said that she was visiting the BBB on friday. Well then asked the little girl if she could keep a secret. She said she could and got excited. I told her I was a FGIT but not to tell anyone. I then explained to the rest of the group that I worked there and a little about what was going to happen on friday. So that was super exciting and I can't wait to see her on Friday!
After we got back to the their hotel, we made plans to meet up at Ale House that night. We all met there and were able to catch the end of the Sun Belt Championship game, which WKU won. So of course with 8 WKU people there we had to do the good old T-O-P-S! TOPS! TOPS! TOPS! cheer, which one us a few weird looks. It was pretty laid back night and we didn't stay out too late because we were all getting up and going to Epcot the next morning.

The Beginning

Today was supposed to be along day at work and I was totally distracted because I just wanted to be playing the Celeste and Molly, even though they were at Universal Studios. So at work I made some more Spring Break Celebration buttons and some Princess Molly and Princess Celeste labels. I was also able to pixie dusting in the land again. Which is always exciting.

I was able to get an ER about 5:30 and I went and picked up Celeste and Molly from their hotel. I brought them over to the apartment. Celeste is applying for the college program so I showed them around the apartments. Then Celeste and Jess talked about the whole character thing. During this time, I am trying to clean the apartment because we have inspections tomorrow and if they do not pass they charge all of us $25 and send in a cleaning crew. I also was able to start some laundry, which again I was super behind on.
I took Celeste and Molly back and we chatted about what we wanted to do for the rest of the night. Brad really wanted some seafood. So we finally decided on going to the crab house for dinner. I was quite the adventure getting there though - or at least for everyone but me because I had the GPS. After a couple wrong turns we all ended up at the restaurant. The food was great! Down side was that it was a bit on the expensive side, but it was worth it. I got all caught up on the gossip and goings on the hill, which was nice because I have felt so out of the loop down here. We also made our plans for Magic Kingdom the next day. Then we said goodnight!

Shake Your Tail Feathers

I went to work early, which stinks. At the same time it is nice because then I have the afternoon to do whatever. Today during work, I took the time to make Jessica and Amanda Celebrating Spring Break Buttons. And Tinkerbell ever took the time to pixie dust them. I ended up getting an ER at 12:30 so I was then able to hang out and play with them the rest of the day. I was super excited! After I changed out of my fairy god-mother duds, we met back up at the castle. I was so jealous, while they were waiting on me they got their picture taken with the Fairy Godmother!

Anyway, while they rode Snow White, I went and grabbed a fast pass for Space Mountain. When we met back up, we then went on a quest for Peter. But sadly it was not my favorite Peter so I was a little disappointed.
We then met up with Ebonee. At some point we went back and rode Space Mountain and then we went and staked out spots for the Dreams Come True Parade. But on the way we stopped and met with Aladdin and Jasmine. That was exciting. We pretty much had to drag Ebonee away from Aladdin. She is pretty much a creeper. haha. Once we got to our parade spot, I took everyones tickets and fast passed Splash Mountain. Then we just waited around in Liberty Square for the parade to start. Jessica and Amanda found a butler from the Haunted Mansion and tried to play football with him. It was the most awkward thing to watch ever. The guy was so stiff and monotone. It was hysterical. Lucas showed up while we were waiting, so that was fun. Also while waiting, we started talking to a cast member because he asked about Jessica and Amanda's ADPi letter shirts. Then that launched the whole big/little/adopted family conversations. Then out of nowhere I realized that Lucas and I had known each other a year because it was Spring Break last year that we met. Then the guy disappears and says he is going to get us some buttons. Ebonee was like I want a just married! haha. He comes back with a ton of buttons and said he had thought about it really hard about which ones to get us. He handed me, Jessica and Amanda 'Family Reunion' buttons for our ADPi family. Then he gave Lucas and I 'Happy Anniversary' buttons for knowing each other for a year. Then of course he got Ebonee two 'Just Married' buttons and said that she needed to find someone to marry (which later turned out to be Brian) and he also gave her a 'Just Engaged' button. Then he ended it by giving Lucas a 'Happily Ever After' button because he was walking around the parks with 4 beautiful ladies. It was great! Brian showed up just as the parade was coming and he and Ebonee were quickly married. It was great. The whole rest of the day people were like "Congratulations!"
After the parade, we went and rode Splash Mountain. On which, Lucas and I were pretty much the only ones that got wet. Go figure. I was hoping we would get done in time to catch Jess in the Judge's Tent, but we got stuck on Splash for a bit so we missed her. But then we went to Move It! Shake It! Which of course is my favorite. We were all dancing in the streets by the Incredibles float, when Frozone pulled me up to dance next to him. I showed everyone how to drive the car. Then he grabbed Ebonee and she helped him show everyone how to shake their tail feathers. Frozone really liked Ebonee haha. He grabbed her hand and lead her around to start the conga line. I think the best part was watching Ebonee's face through the whole thing. It was the best Move It! Shake It! (MISICI) yet.
After Splash, we went and tried to get fast passes for Space again, but they were for super late so we went and got Buzz Lightyear ones instead. We then killed some time at the Monster's Inc Laugh Floor, which is really funny. We then hopped a ride on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority (TTA) or the people mover. It wasted the perfect amount of time. When we got off we could use our fast passes for Buzz. So it would have been fun if my gun worked, but it didn't so I just spun the car the entire time, which can be equally as fun.
After Buzz, we left MK because everyone wanted to go back and get ready to go to House of Blues that night. So I went and met Brad, Celeste, Molly and Matt at Caribbean Beach. After being tackled by Celeste I was able to say hello to everyone. We chatted about the plan for while they were there. We then decided to go to Chili's to get some food. Then we went our separate ways for the night.
At some point during the day, I managed to lose my voice, which is pretty much terrible and I sound like a man or I just squeak at people. Great.

Reunions

I got up this morning and decided it would be a good day to make sausage stuff. After breakfast, which probably should have been considered lunch, I met Jessica and Amanda at Hollywood Studios. Of course we had to go on the Tower of Terror and we some hoe managed to throw up some diamonds for the picture. We then went and Fast Passed the Rockin' Roller Coaster. We took some sweet jumping pics in front of the guitar. Thank you to our lovely photographer Brian. We then decided to run over and go meet Prince Caspian. It was interesting. He had a long line this time so we didn't get to spend as much time with him like last time. Also, Brian did not have to learn how to pose. He just copied what Caspian did, but it lacked the overall look because Brian didn't have a sword, much to his dismay.

I left Hollywood Studios to head out to go meet the Lafferty's at their friends, the Jefferies, house. They lived in St. Cloud. It should have only taken me about 25 minutes to get out there, but it seemed like I hit every single stop possible. So that kind of sucked. Once we got out there, we went out on their boat and Bob, John, and Steel all wakeboarded. Steel and John rode together so that was pretty neat to watch. It got kind of chilly out there so eventually headed back to the house. Then we all hung out and the Jefferies had cooked a bunch of food so we all sat out on the porch and had burgers and chicken. It was so fun. I felt like I was on the houseboat because it was a typical houseboat meal and there were a bunch of people and on the water and it was a nice break from the Disney bubble.
I left the Jefferies and went over to Coronodo Springs, which is where Lucas was staying. I picked up Ebonee, Jessica and Amanda and we met Brian over there. We just hung out in the hot tub. It was fun, but I had to be at work early so I didn't stay too long.

PIxie Dusting in The Land

Work was pretty fun today. Ebonee and I got to walk around Fantasyland and pixie dust people. FINALLY!! We ended up signing a bunch of autographs and taking a bunch of pictures with people. By the end of it, we were both COVERED in pixie dust. Thank you wind. Also, Ebonee decided it would be a good idea to basically empty a pixie wand on my back. There is still pixie dust coming out of  my locker. The other exciting thing was when I brought a little girl back to do her reveal for her outfit, I asked her what the magic words were and she said "Please and Thank you." haha. It was adorable.

Once I got off work, I went back to the apartment and just hung out for a bit. Then I went up to Ebonee, Alex and Brenna's apartment, which is two stories above Brian's. The night ended with some shenanigans and some funny stories. Overall it was a good night

Aladdin!! I Love YOU!!

Today was another Fairy Tale Day at the BBB, but no more sleeping beauties. Ebonee and I buddied up again. I had one princess who could not stop crying. I distracted her with stickers and reading stories about Tinkerbell and covering myself with pixie dust. Our last two princesses were the best. The first one was a mom who was there with her daughter celebrating her 25th birthday. She let her daughter pick out her hairstyle and what color and everything. She ended up with a pink diva with a tinkerbell crown. They were the cutest thing. They sat facing each other and just laughed the whole time. Then our last princess for the day was one of the twin girls who were celebrating the sweet 16! They were identical twins and they both chose the pop princess.

Ebonee and I were both off at 2 so we went and played in the park for a while. We went and saw Jess, who was being friends with Stitch. She was so excited. Stitch stepped on my foot, but it was ok. I am sure the photopass man thought we were crazy because we were jumping around and laughing like idiots.
Afterward, we went and camped out a spot for the 3 o'clock parade. We ended up in Liberty Square and sat next to this nice family from North Carolina. We chatted and gave them all of our little tips and secrets of getting things done. Ebonee did most of the talking while I decided to try and sunbathe because the sun was actually out. I ended up with a sweet short tan line. The parade was awesome and Ebonee was able to confess her love to Aladdin. When the parade passed us we said goodbye to the family from NC and ran - literally ran - to Main Street so Ebonee could see Aladdin again. This time we got his attention and he even winked at us. Ebonee died haha.
Once Ebonee recovered from Aladdin, when did some shopping. I finally got my mickey mouse stud earrings. Then we just headed back to Patterson.
Brandon and I ended up going back to MK to watch Wishes and hang out. Instead of watching Wishes we ended up riding Peter Pan, which I had not yet ridden since I have been here. I was super excited. The ride is really simple, but I love it. It probably has something to do with the fact that I am in love with Peter Pan. Wishes had already started by the time we got out, so we stayed in Fantasyland and watched it from behind the castle. It was really cool because some of the fireworks are shot at the castle and the others are back by cast parking so the fireworks were all around you. It was pretty neat. It was a good way to end the night.

Sleeping Beauty and Creepers

It was Fairy Tale Mania at the BBB today. I think I only did 1 diva out of all the princesses I had. I did have one little girl dressed up as Tinkerbell, who did get a fairy tale, and when I turned her around screamed "OH! I love it!" Thank always makes you feel good. Ebonee and I were really excited because for once we actually got to work together again. We dominated a chair for a while. While Ebonee was on tea, I got this girl with the curliest hair I have ever seen. Luckily, Margarita was there, and I was able to grab her and she worked her Margarita Magic and turned it into a beautiful fairy tale. There is no way I would have been able to do that.

Today Ebonee and I had our first sleeping beauty. I was barley able to finish her make-up before she fell asleep. It was the cutest thing. It ended up Ebonee had to hold her head up while I finished her Diva. At one point I had to hold her head and mid switch her head almost slammed backward into the chair, but I caught her at the last second. The mom was laughing the whole time because it was so darn cute. We were whispering because we didn't want to wake her up. When we finished the mom just carried her out and she was still asleep. She was in for a big surprise when she woke up. We put extra pump it up on there to make sure it wouldn't be messed up when she woke up.
The princesses just went downhill from there. I had little girl with no hair and a bitchy mom. To top it off, I don't know what that kid had for lunch, but that was the smelliest princess ever. It was pretty gross. The night ended on a high note when one of Carolyn, Nora and Alex's friends named Ed, who is a lifeguard somewhere, got a cool dude. Of course they had to make it where it was all girly colors and went way overboard on the pixie dust. It was all pretty hysterical. Too bad he had evaluations for face the next morning and I doubt he got all the pixie dust out of his hair.
After work, Ebonee, Alex and I all went out to BWW's. (All the single ladies or no one but Ebonee haha) It was karaoke night. We ran into some other FGITs there and I somehow got roped into to singing Tearin' Up My Heart by NSYNC with all the other FGITs that were there. There was this one guy in the front row that Ebonee serenaded the whole time, but I guess he got bored and moved onto me, but I was not nearly as into as Ebonee was so he went back to her haha. After the Karaoke, there were these creepers hanging out by us and they sandwiched Ebonee between them. She was pissed, but then Alex jumped on bored and we were all just cracking up. Ebonee was not happy with us, but it made for a good picture.
