Louisville Yes I Say It Correctly

Today I laid around until I finally had to get up around 12 to get ready for work. Work was pretty good. I had a Princess from Clarksville, but was originally from Hawaii. Her dad had just retired from the military. I also had a princess from Lexington and Louisville. It was funny because when I said Louisville the mom looked at me and asked me where I was from because I pronounced Louisville correctly haha. After that work went by pretty quickly and got off at 8. Then I came back and got ready and Ebonee and I went to Ale house. We had the same waiter as last week and when he came to our table he looked at Ebonee and said "Vodka, Sprite and Grenadine and what do you want" (looking at me.) I just died laughing because Ebonee's face was priceless. Well, turns out that his name is Seth and we are probably going to see him every Tuesday haha. We met Heather and her friend there. It was a fun night, we just sat around and talked and carried on. Good times.

Make A Wish

This morning I got up early and went to Epcot for the Character spot. I met Donald, Goofy and Pluto. I skipped over Minnie and Mickey because I had already met them. There was a little boy in line behind me who did not like the whole waiting in line thing. I tried to entertain him with stickers, but it was not happening. It worked out though because once he got to see the characters his whole persona completely changed. It was too cute.

I also did a lap around the World Showcase because sometimes random characters are out there, but I didn't find any. So I made my way back over to Magic Kingdom. There I was able to find Rafiki, who turned out to be really good friends with Brenna. That was fun. Then I walked over and met Captain Hook and Mr. Smee. Their character attendant was super annoying and took forever to take pictures. Then I walked over to get Peter Pan and Wendy. Well it turned out to be my favorite Peter and Wendy, which totally made my day. Then while walking back to get ready for work, I saw Meeko so that was fun too.
Work came and of course the first Princess that I have is a make a wish Princess - don't get me wrong she was the cutest thing ever! The only thing was that she had the shortest hair ever. Usually they give us a wig, but apparently the parents didn't want that and of course the Princess wanted the pop. Well inside I am freaking out because I didn't know what the heck I was supposed to do. I called Melanie over, who is a trainer and she showed me what to do. I was super nervous during the whole thing because I didn't want to hurt her. But I finished and turned her around and she absolutely loved it and the parents were so excited. The parents faces are sometimes better then the kids. I also had a princess who was from Bermuda. That was a first. I have started making a list of all the places I have had Princesses from. Right now it includes 20 states and 6 different countries including England, Ecuador, Brazil, Bermuda, Panama, and Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and British Colombia).
I was able to get an ER so I headed back to the apartment for a bit. I then headed over to Cattin's with Sam for movie night. We watched The House Bunny, which is a movie I need to go buy because it is hilarious. I had forgotten how funny that movie was. I came back to the apartment afterward and saw Kristy and she was packing to head home to Nashville for a few days. So I stayed up and watched her pack and then we chatted for a bit and then I fell asleep.

Clubs, Creepers and Characters

So I have been a bit busy and haven't really been able to update as much as I wanted so to catch up on the days I decided to just write about the highlights.

Ebonee and I finally made it to Cowboys. We went with Brenna, Whitney and Megan. Brenna and I actually learned a couple of the line dances, which I must say I am pretty proud of myself. We also were a little shocked to discover that they were having a boots and bikinis contest. Well, I wouldn't actually consider any of them actually wearing bikinis. One girl was just covered by three four leaf clovers. It was probably the trashiest thing I have ever seen. I was pretty much shocked and according to the guy we were standing next to they were all strippers, which I don't find hard to believe. As Ebonee put it, "This is a BIKINI contest not a sleep with random guys contest!"
On a totally different note, I have started and am now almost done with Devin and Mikayla's birthday presents. I have been going on a character hunt. I am trying to meet all the characters that I can and have them sign autograph books for them. I have also been taking pictures with the characters with a sign that says "Happy Birthday Devin" and the other side says "Happy Birthday Mikayla." So far I have met over 50 different characters. Right now the ones I have left are going to be hard to track down with the exception of the Blue, Red and Green Power Rangers. It is pretty funny the looks I have been getting because here I am a 21 year old by myself with three autograph books. Nope I promise I am not a creeper. It has gotten to the point where some of the character attendants are beginning to recognize me. The neat thing about this is that Jess and I found a website that has all the characters signatures on it. So we also made baby posters with Devin and Mikayla on them surrounded by character signatures that have been artful remastered by Jess. She also made me a hug poster. I am pretty much in love with it.
I also saw Wishes! from a different spot, but it wasn't really by choice. Adam convinced me to ride splash with him. You know because he is a badass (or so he would like to think) he got us a boat by ourselves and he got the water cannons turned off so we wouldn't get soaked. Well, he lied, but not really on purpose. Recently, the bridge cannon was finally fixed so now innocent bystanders get just as wet if not more as the people on the ride. Well, the also added some fun new cannons to the actual drop that spray you right in the face. Yeah. Not fun. I was so mad, but it was kind of neat to see Wishes! from the ride. So speaking of Adam - he invited me out on St. Patrick's Day to this club called Vintage downtown. It was so fun, but then it pretty much just turned into a shit show. Adam's friend decided he wanted to be a tough guy and get into a fight that he was no way involved in and get the crap beat out of him. So now he is pissed and running around covered in blood without a shirt on channeling the Hulk. We finally gave up on getting him back in the car 1. because we couldn't find him to get in the car and 2. the few times we had him near the car he just ran away. We were driving out of the parking garage and just happened to see him and at the last minute able to get him in the car. It was the stupidest thing ever and ruined a fun night. Adam and I just wanted pizza haha
Now onto news from the castle. One of the main highlights is that I got to meet Mary Lou Retton. She came into the boutique with her daughters and they were the cutest things. I almost missed them due to some stupid class that basically tells me where my red yellow and green zones are for moving things and how to be safe. The class was called safety in motion (SIMs) and SO dumb. We also had hair evaluations. So Maritza and I had a date and I was lead down to the managers office and told to do a diva. I passed! yay! There really has only been two really memorable princesses. The first, Princess Kora, was a pain in my butt. When I called her princess she pretty much yelled at me that she hated Princesses and proceeded to tell me to only address her as Kora. Everything I said she hated or wanted nothing to do with. She didn't like princesses or pirates or princes or aliens, but yet when I asked her what she did like she said everything - yeah riiiiight. The second princess, Princess Kiera, was probably the most enthusiastic and loud princess I have had. She was with her sister and her two cousins. One of the them happened to be named Lauren and she thought it was so cool that we had the same name. She was a little chatterbox. But at one point I just wanted to give her a hug because she turned around and said "Lauren I wish you could be a princess too so you could come play with us." Me too Princess. She was so cute. When she got done I presented her with these certificates that we give out during Magical Moments and I gave her one saying she had officially become a princess. When I showed it to her she screamed - not squealed with delight, but screamed. Like everyone topped and looked at us and Maritza came over to see what was wrong. She absolutely adored everything and could not stop looking at herself in the mirror. It was precious and that is why I love this job!
The other sad news from the castle is that Disney has laid off roughly 450 employees. Adam lost three of his managers, one of which he really liked, Lindsay lost the one that really fought for the CPs and the boutique lost Sydney, who really wasn't around with us much, but it still sucks. And Disney completely got rid of Cast Services. Luckily, our advocate just got moved to a custodial manager at Epcot. It pretty much sucks and for once it was a sad week in Disney - not that any of the guests would have ever known.
And I saved the best for last! The creeper Justin story. Ebonee and I were waiting on the three o-clock parade with begin in the castle hub when we see Joey Fatone walk by and then decided to strike up a nice conversation with Juan (the castle show manager) and another one of the PAC cast members. We were pretty much grilling them with questions from how to work for Guest Services to how you get to be grand marshall and ride in the car. Well enter creeper Justin. He just kind of popped up behind us. He asked us if we really wanted to know how to be grand marshal. So then we keep talking to this kid. He says he is 25 years old and works in entertainment, but used to be a CP and worked at Test Track at Epcot. So you know cool we keep talking to him through the parade. Then when the parade is over we tell him about the character hunt and he just decides that he is going to come with us because he doesn't have anything else to do on his day off. So we make our way to the fairies. We are talking to this kid and the whole time I am thinking that there is something a little bit off about this guy, but of course Ebonee has her phone turned off so I can't text her. Then I see that he is wearing a class ring. So I ask to see it. It says that he graduated in 2007. When I ask him about it he says that the ring place messed up and that he really graduated in 2002 and he just hasn't gotten it fixed yet. I mean really who waits 7 years and doesn't get anything done to change it. Plus, ring companies don't make that big of mistakes. So then I start grilling this kid on stuff and he comes up with the answers like he wasn't lying when I know that he is. Ebonee on the other hand is completely oblivious and still the phone is still dead and can't text her. And from here on out he walks in between Ebonee and I so I can't talk to her. The really creepy part about all of this was that this kid brought up everything that I liked. From being a Titans and hockey fan, to the exact spot where I watch Wishes! It was super creepy. So I was able to get his last name out of him and when we were finally able to get home and I explained everything to Ebonee we looked him up on facebook. It turns out that he is not 25 (duh!), but 19 and still works at Epcot at Test Track and still a CP. So I had to text this kid because we accidently told him our dinner plans and he invited himself so I texted him saying that we had changed our minds about going out. Well then he proceeded to send me pictures of the castle and then invite me to see La Nouba with him. Needless to say, I ignored the text and I have yet to hear back from him! Yay! and that has been my exciting life for the past couple of weeks!

Back to Work

I didn't have to work until 2 so it was a pretty lazy morning until I finally had to get ready for work. When I finally got there, there were about a billion FGITs so I asked if I could go pixie dust. They said I could so I left. It was so HOT! And apparently there were 50,000 guests in the park so I was lucky I didn't get mobbed. Right towards the end the wind picked up so I came back covered. I tried to used a baby wipe to get some of the pixie dust off my face but it wasn't happening.
I was finally able to snag a chair and of course I got a princess from Ecuador who didn't speak English so Margarita and Grisela had to translate everything. It was kind of funny because the little girl wanted hair to match her own, but then saw another little girl with red hair and wanted that instead. The mom was not too happy with her, but she let her get what she wanted. Then I did a fairy tale on a little girl named Emma from Texas. So that was easy. I went to tea and someone thought it would be a good idea to bring their roommate to work drunk. He was stumbling around the mouseketeria and could barely stand up - stupid. I got to work podium when I came back with Sam, or I should say Carla because she forgot her name tag and was borrowing one.
Our last two princesses were the cutest thing. It was both of their birthdays and one was named J'nelle and the other was Mina Sophia. Sophia was the cutest thing. I took her to Susan because she was adorable and I knew Susan would do a great job. Susan thanked me afterword. She was precious. J'nelle was just gorgeous. They bought one of the super deluxe sleeping beauty costumes with jewelry and everything. They were from Antigua and she had the most beautiful skin tone. I was jealous. But they both learned how to do the princess wave and curtsey. I was able to collect my rose petals from last week and I got WAY more then I was expecting so apparently we did really well last week or people were feeling very generous.
After work Sam and I popped up to watch Wishes, but I learned that Sam had never seen Spectro so we watched that for a bit. We had to fight to get up to the castle to see wishes and then it was even worse trying to get back down into the tunnels. But we finally made it. The plan was to go back and get ready and go to House of Blues, but as soon as I got home the headache I had had all day decided to become a migraine and it was one of the worst ones I have had in a while. I think I was just worn out. So I stayed in and slept.

Wake Up Tinkerbell!!

I had to be at work at 7:30, which is super early, but somehow I had a lot of energy. It started off great and I think that is probably why. I was supposed to be on chair for my shift, but they only scheduled 2 people to be on podium, when you need three. So we all had to pick a number between one and 50 and I was closest so I got to be on podium! Yay! Then around 8:30 Mary Beth told me and Emily to follow her. We went down to the Rose Garden on the side of the castle to go to the Fantasyland leaders morning meeting. This is like all of Mary Beth's bosses so it was a little nervous making. Apparently Emily and I had way more energy then anybody else because we were put with the task of waking everyone up. And since today is National Potato Chip Day, as well as Save A Spider Day, I got to pass out chips to everyone.

Then Mary Beth volunteered us to entertain everyone and we had no idea what to do so we did the We're All in This Together dance from HSM. I am sure everyone thought we were crazy. But then we also got to lead Princess Lessons. It was pretty funny seeing the two leaders over Fantasyland pretend to lift their skirts and curtsey. The whole rest of the day Mary Beth would just start giggling and say "I'm sorry I just keep picturing my boss doing a princess curtsey." Apparently she had tried to get them to do this before and it had never worked.
After Princess lessons, we all grabbed a Mickey had and proceeded to skip up the castle walk singing "Hi Ho Hi Ho It's off to work we go" and waving and giving people high-4s. Then we opened up Fantasyland and ran around the courtyard and blew bubbles. So Fun! Then Mary Beth grabbed us and told us to go into Tinkerbell's Treasures. There a guest got to ring the Tinker bell and wake up Tinkerbell. So while the guest is ringing the bell all of us our shouting "Wake up TInkerbell!" Then you see her pixie dust fly around the room and then she comes out and yawns and waves. IT was too cute! Sadly after that we had to go back to work.
Since I was on podium the day went by really quickly. Right before I got off, Jessica, Amanda and Brian stopped by. Brian had to go to work so I agreed to take Jessica and Amanda back to their hotel. Once I got changed, Brian brought them to cast parking and I got their suitcases. We had some time to kill so we went to McDonalds and just hung out for a bit. Then sadly I had to take them back to their resort so they could catch the shuttle to the airport.
Then I came back to the apartment and just chilled out. I fell asleep for a bit while I was watching Mulan. Then I decided to be productive and I made dinner. I put Anastasia in after I ate and fell asleep again. Then I got up and Brandon came over we just chilled and I finally went to bed.

Dinosaur...Grrr! Yeti....Grrr!

We made it to Animal Kingdom around 10am. We decided to take a break from our extremely early mornings after our late nights. Once we were in the park, we went to Dinosaur - formally known as Count Down to Extinction. There was not that long of a line so we didn't need a fast pass or anything. I really hate that ride. With a passion. It is soooooo LOUD! It hurts my ears and it is pretty terrifying. We met up with Brandon afterward and he was able to get us some fast passes for the rest of the day. So that was nice.

We then walked over to the tree of life and saw It's Tough to Be A Bug. That is pretty funny when you know what is coming and other people don't and to watch their reaction. And the part where they spray you with some sort of "poison" or something, I was expecting a mist. But no. I was dripping and it sprays you right in the face. I guess I should have figured that when the seats we sat in where pretty wet because no one had sat in those seats during the last showing. But somehow it never dawned on me.
We then went and got lunch, which was surprisingly good. You always expect park food to be kind of bad, but this was not. We got honey chicken and rice. yum. After lunch, we walked over and did the safari ride. It was cool. Most of the animals were out so that is always nice. Then of course we made our way over to Everest. I did finally ride with my eyes open and everything. yay me! That is a really cool ride though.
Next we ventured down to Camp Minnie Mickey to watch the Festival of the Lion King. We sat in the lion section (yay Alphie!) and watched the show. It was really cool. They had all these tumblers that were like cirque de solei and then wire and fabric performers. It was way better then I thought it was going to be. Afterward, we cashed in on our free ice cream and headed over to wait for Nemo to start. Brandon had gotten us VIP reservations so we didn't have to wait in line. Nemo is always so cute, but I have to say I really didn't like the actress who was Dori in this one.
After we found Nemo, we used the rest of our fast passes on Everest. We thought about going and doing Kali River Rapids, but it was late in the day and none of us really wanted to get wet. So after Everest, we drove over to Hollywood Studios. Brad and Matt were really tired so they caught a bus back to the resort and said they would meet up with us in time for Fantasmic. So we walked around Studios and ended up on the Streets of America, which somehow they had all missed the day before. We played around with the prop umbrella and pretended to be singing in the rain (they have rain that actually falls down around you). Then we walked over and met Mike and Sully. The photo pass guy was like make a scared face and I turn my head to find Sully about 2 inches from my face. My scared face was not posed - he freaked me out.
We then walked over to One Man's Dream, which is basically like a walk through thing about Walt and the beginning of Disney. It was pretty interesting. We decided to skip out on the film though. We then met up with Adam and one of his friends. We grabbed some dinner at Pizza Planet and then we split up again. Adam and his friend, Mike, went to go ride Rockin' Rollercoaster while we all went to get in line for Toy Story. The wait wasn't even that long so that was nice and I got a new personal high score! Sometime while waiting in line, Celeste and I started a mad Hidden Mickey hunt. We ended up finding a bunch in the toy story line. We got super excited. Then Brad, Celeste and I rode Tower of Terror one last time. Well, since we were still on our hunt for hidden mickey's we decided to make our own in the video room. There are a bunch of book cases and of course they are covered in dust, but there were some rings left on it like someone had left a drink there. So I just added some little ears and boom you got a hidden mickey. I can't wait to go back and see if it is still there. For the picture we went with the universal sign for an animal....grrr.
We met back up with Adam, Mike (his friend) and Mike's girlfriend in time for Fantasmic. I have come to enjoy that show more and more. I really like the music. I think Fantasmic was a pretty good way to end their trip. I took them back to their resort and sadly I had to say goodbye. It was sad! I am excited though because Celeste is applying to come down here and hopefully some of our time will overlap. But after saying goodbye I came home and crashed.

I'm More Prepared then a Boy Scout

We were able to get up and make it to Epcot early. They were letting people in, but the park wasn't really open. They did a little opening thing. Mickey and Goofy and Donald and Minnie all came running out. Then everyone basically ran to Soarin'. It was really cool and lived up to all the hype. There were parts where I was picking my feet up because I thought there were going to hit something. But I think I really got a kick out of the fact that the "pre-flight" video had Kronk in it. That totally made my day. After Soarin' it was a quick walk over to the Seas with Nemo. We rode the Living Seas With Nemo, which is where you get loaded into your clam shell and went through all these aquariums, but the neat thing was that all the characters from Nemo were "swimming" in the tanks with all the other fish. After that we went over to the Shark section and took some pictures inside of Bruce's mouth and goofed off. We then heard someone yell that it was last chance for the first Turtle Talk With Crush so we ran in there. It was cute. It was kind of like the laugh floor with the way that Crush interacts with the guests, but it was way more informative. All the little kids sit down in the front and ask all their questions about turtles. It is cute.

When then made our way to Mission Space. I don't like this ride. I think I was scarred from the one space simulator ride at the Astronaut Hall of Fame with Abbey back during sophomore year of high school. But I sucked it up and rode the full intensity version. I must say it was not nearly as bad as I was planning on it to be. Granted I did not like the ride, but it was not as bad as it could have been. After that we headed over to test track to get some fast passes. Once we got them we had to wait for our time so we walked over to the World Showcase, which didn't open until 11. So we waited for it to open and sat and talked for a bit. Adam met us right after it opened and we went to Norway. We all rode the little boat ride and then skipped out on the movie afterward which is super boring. We did get a surprise because we were able to meet Mary Poppins. Who would have thought that she would be in Norway? We left norway and made our way to Japan for lunch. Where once again we had to wait on the restaurant to open because it was 11:28 and they opened at 11:30. They were kind of rude, but oh well the food was pretty good.
After lunch we went back to Test Track. We rode it once and I was great seeing Celeste and Molly's reaction to the truck. I really wish the picture for that ride was right there because they would get some great faces. One Adam's friends was working in the tower and we were able to ride a second time without even getting out of the car. That was pretty neat. After our second ride she came out and met us and we were able to get a tour of the control tower. That was pretty neat. It is all computerized and such. I am glad I don't work attractions. I would get super nervous if I was in tower and something went wrong. Then we were able to hop on for a third time. This time my shoulder belt didn't lock when it was supposed to and I slammed my shoulder into the side of the car during the breaks part of the ride. That was not really that fun.
On the way out of the park, Brad stepped on Molly's flip flop and it broke a little bit. Well have no fear because what does Molly pull out of her purse - super glue. So she super glued her show back together for the day. We said goodbye to Epcot and I had to run to work, so Adam dropped all of them off at Hollywood Studios. The only plus side about work was that I was on podium so it went by really quickly. I was also able ER and meet them at Hollywood Studios. I just kind of chilled because they were in the American Idol experience for the finale show. We met up and decided to go wait for Toy Story Mania. That ride is so worth the wait. Then we all walked over to the Tower of Terror. Only me, Celeste, and Brad wanted to ride. I asked if we could sit in the front row so they sent us to a different car. The creepy thing was that we were the only ones in the car. Even though I have ridden that ride soo many times, that time was extra creepy because there was no one else was in the car with us. Afterward, we just went over to Rockin' Roller coaster. I rode with some woman from Georgia and was on vaycay with her daughter. They were ridding separately because the line went faster. We also tried to take some jumping pictures by Rockin', but on the first jump Molly's broken Flip Flop finally bit the dust. She was sad because super glue couldn't fix it. Brad was finally able to get his turkey leg that he had been talking about the whole trip so he was excited. Those things are pretty good. I grabbed some ice cream and we made our way to the front of the park.
After we rode all the rides we walked back to the front of the park and took all our pictures in front of the hat. Well pictures in front of the hat turned into dance party in front of the hat complete with waltzing, kick lines, and Thriller. It was so much fun. Celeste and Brad had a small audience for their thriller dance and got a nice round of applause. We concluded the night with a final bow to the hat right before we walked through the gates to head back to the car. It was a fantastic day!

Let's Go To The Laughing Place. That Sounds Nice

Today I had to get up super early so we could make it to the opening of Magic Kingdom. I got up and ran to Publix and cashed my check. Then after grabbing some breakfast, I went and picked up the gang. We had to stop and get some gas, but then we were on our way. We parked at the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC). We had to buy one ticket, since I can only Main Gate 3. Then we boarded the monorail and made our way to MK. When we got off the monorail, we had barely missed the opening so that was kind of a bummer. After we made it into the park, we literally ran - well actually we did some intense speed walking (Celeste - check the pulse haha!) up to the Dumbo ride. Brad was SUPER excited for Dumbo. We waited in line for about 15 minutes. After Dumbo, we tried to meet Ariel, but the line was already 30 minutes lone, which is a bit ridiculous. So then we went over and rode the Peter Pan ride, which is always a classic and later in the day has a really long line. Then we walked over to Toon Town to meet the Princesses. I didn't realize that Toon Town didn't open until 10. So we took pictures in front of the sign and such. They did a little opening thing at Toon Town and then it was basically a mad rush for the fairies of Pixie Hollow. So we went to Mickey who was standing there waving, but no body went to him. So we went and Mickey gave us a tour of his house. That was pretty neat. Then we walked over to the Judge's Tent and met both Mickey and Minnie and took some pictures.

Next we walked over to the Princesses and the coolest thing ever happened. First off, Celeste, Molly and I all wore stitched letter shirts to the park. Its fun because then ADPis from other schools stop and say hi. So anyway, we go in and meet Cinderella and thats neat. Then we meet Belle, who secretly has always been my favorite. We are standing there chatting and she was like oh we have some ADPi sisters here. She asked where we were from and when we said Kentucky she made some comment about Papa's horse loving all the horses there. Then as we were saying by she grabs my hand and does the ADPi handshake. I wish the photo pass guy could have gotten a picture of my face because I am sure it was priceless. I kind of freaked out and grabbed Molly's backpack and was like OMG go shake her hand. It was probably the most exciting thing ever. I told her that she should come visit the boutique and I could give her some pixie dust. So still reeling from Belle, we went to meet Sleeping Beauty. That is where we realized that we were all wearing the colors of her fairies - pink, blue, and green. And wouldn't you know that I was the one in blue. All I could think was I'm the blue fairy and then Peggy Burnette from BGA haha. Even the photo pass girl was like thats a little creepy. We finally left the princesses and waved about 8 million times to Belle.
We then went on the Barnstormer, which is pretty much the only ride in Toon Town. Then we walked over to the Mad Tea Party and saw Alice actually on the tea cups! That was pretty neat. You always see that in the commercials, but I had never actually seen a character on a ride. I had never ridden the tea cups - or at least not that I could remember. So that was fun although I was a little scared I was going to get sick. Then we walked over to the Castle and made a stop of the BBB. Ebonee was able to come out and pixie dust us. She made sure to get Matt and Brad really well. Then we walked down to the Haunted Mansion and I showed Molly all the hidden mickeys. Then we walked over to Adventureland to find my favorite Peter.
Seeing Peter again was super fun. Molly and Celeste were excited because apparently Celeste is a stalker and went through all my pics on facebook and she and Molly feel in love with Peter. Molly was funny because when I went and hugged Peter I told him that Molly was pretty much in love with him and he ran with it. I love Peter haha.
We continued our journey into Tomorrowland and we were going to fast pass Space Mountain, but the line was only 20 minutes so we just waited. After Space Mountain, we decided it was time to get some lunch. We walked back up to the castle, where Jess and Sara Puckett and Liz met us. I then took everyones order and Jess and I popped down to get Subway rather then paying park prices for food. Thank god Jess was there. We spent some time making the sandwiches not to obvious that they were from Subway. Then when we got back up I told them to eat quick and destroy the evidence haha.
After lunch we went back to Tomorrowland and rode Buzz Lightyear. Jess and I car and guns got activated before Celeste and Molly's and we kind of got stuck. We were able to spin around and shoot their car, which turns out gives you points. Even though it was not that many it was still entertaining while we were stuck. I did terrible on the ride. Jess and I just kind of stopped and posed for the picture. We then went and did the Monsters Inc Laugh Floor, which they all got a kick out of. Then we walked over they all did the Stitch ride, but Jess has a Stitch phobia and I really didn't want to ride it so we just sat outside. While waiting some woman came up and gave us fast passes for Space Mountain so that was nice. We then went and staked out the usual spot for the Dreams Come True parade. But it was super late and thats when I realized that they were running it backwards from Main Street rather then from Frontierland. But once the parade got there it was running way fast so that kind of sucked. It also sucked because we had fast passes for Big Thunder Mountain and there was a huge bottleneck down there. That is where I realized that some people must not look in the mirror when they leave their house. We saw this woman who had "Ready. Sex. Go" written on the butt of her shorts. I mean really why on earth would you ever by those and much less where them to the most family friendly place.
Anyway, we finally made it to Big Thunder Mountain. While waiting in line, Celeste just randomly yelled out "Adam!", which was the name of the guy loading everyone into cars. I really thought that she didn't know him and was just saying hi or something. Turns out they went to high school together. After we rode, we met him outside the ride and chatted and then he gave us some more passes. So then rather then wait for our fast passes for Splash Mountain, we just used the ones he gave us.
We were able to convince Molly to get on Splash Mountain. She was basically freaking out the entire time. Celeste and I were in the front and had our bags tucked up under our shirts so they wouldn't get too wet. We got hit by the water cannons and we got soaked, my shorts weren't even dry for Wishes later that night. So after getting soaked and laughing at Molly we went and saw Philarmagic, which is super cute. While walking I heard the last MISICI parade start and I made them run so we could go dance in it. The guys were lame and wouldn't dance, but Celeste and Molly did. The guys just missed out. Then we went and waited in line for the Astro Orbiter. While standing in line, this lady was like oh my gosh my daughter is an ADPi so we chatted. Then she took a picture of us to show to her daughter. Adam met us over there because he had gotten off work. When we got up to ride we realized that that ride was not built for two adults to ride. Molly and I were in one car, Brad and Matt in another and Celeste and Adam in another. It was super awkward and very close quarters haha.
After escaping the close quarters of the Astro Orbiter, we managed to squeeze all 6 of us in a honey pot for the Whinnie the Pooh ride. So bouncing along with Tigger was bit uncomfortable. But we escaped and went and rode It's A Small World and surprisingly the song did NOT get stuck in my head. Actually Celeste and I had Once Upon a Dream stuck in our heads. It was really annoying because we really only knew one line. We went to grab some pizza for dinner and then went to the front of the castle for Wishes. We took a bunch of pics in front of the castle and then settled in. Sadly, Tink didn't fly, which is a real bummer because that is really cool. And of course afterward Celeste and I had to take advantage of the prime waltzing music. I have to say I think it was our best waltz yet haha.
At some point we had to say goodbye to the Magic Kingdom, and we finally did. We jumped on the monorail. There was the cutest little girl who was super upset about something. She finally turned and looked at me and I was able to start talking to her. When I called her Princess, which has now become a habit to any little girl, her parents said that she was visiting the BBB on friday. Well then asked the little girl if she could keep a secret. She said she could and got excited. I told her I was a FGIT but not to tell anyone. I then explained to the rest of the group that I worked there and a little about what was going to happen on friday. So that was super exciting and I can't wait to see her on Friday!
After we got back to the their hotel, we made plans to meet up at Ale House that night. We all met there and were able to catch the end of the Sun Belt Championship game, which WKU won. So of course with 8 WKU people there we had to do the good old T-O-P-S! TOPS! TOPS! TOPS! cheer, which one us a few weird looks. It was pretty laid back night and we didn't stay out too late because we were all getting up and going to Epcot the next morning.

The Beginning

Today was supposed to be along day at work and I was totally distracted because I just wanted to be playing the Celeste and Molly, even though they were at Universal Studios. So at work I made some more Spring Break Celebration buttons and some Princess Molly and Princess Celeste labels. I was also able to pixie dusting in the land again. Which is always exciting.

I was able to get an ER about 5:30 and I went and picked up Celeste and Molly from their hotel. I brought them over to the apartment. Celeste is applying for the college program so I showed them around the apartments. Then Celeste and Jess talked about the whole character thing. During this time, I am trying to clean the apartment because we have inspections tomorrow and if they do not pass they charge all of us $25 and send in a cleaning crew. I also was able to start some laundry, which again I was super behind on.
I took Celeste and Molly back and we chatted about what we wanted to do for the rest of the night. Brad really wanted some seafood. So we finally decided on going to the crab house for dinner. I was quite the adventure getting there though - or at least for everyone but me because I had the GPS. After a couple wrong turns we all ended up at the restaurant. The food was great! Down side was that it was a bit on the expensive side, but it was worth it. I got all caught up on the gossip and goings on the hill, which was nice because I have felt so out of the loop down here. We also made our plans for Magic Kingdom the next day. Then we said goodnight!

Shake Your Tail Feathers

I went to work early, which stinks. At the same time it is nice because then I have the afternoon to do whatever. Today during work, I took the time to make Jessica and Amanda Celebrating Spring Break Buttons. And Tinkerbell ever took the time to pixie dust them. I ended up getting an ER at 12:30 so I was then able to hang out and play with them the rest of the day. I was super excited! After I changed out of my fairy god-mother duds, we met back up at the castle. I was so jealous, while they were waiting on me they got their picture taken with the Fairy Godmother!

Anyway, while they rode Snow White, I went and grabbed a fast pass for Space Mountain. When we met back up, we then went on a quest for Peter. But sadly it was not my favorite Peter so I was a little disappointed.
We then met up with Ebonee. At some point we went back and rode Space Mountain and then we went and staked out spots for the Dreams Come True Parade. But on the way we stopped and met with Aladdin and Jasmine. That was exciting. We pretty much had to drag Ebonee away from Aladdin. She is pretty much a creeper. haha. Once we got to our parade spot, I took everyones tickets and fast passed Splash Mountain. Then we just waited around in Liberty Square for the parade to start. Jessica and Amanda found a butler from the Haunted Mansion and tried to play football with him. It was the most awkward thing to watch ever. The guy was so stiff and monotone. It was hysterical. Lucas showed up while we were waiting, so that was fun. Also while waiting, we started talking to a cast member because he asked about Jessica and Amanda's ADPi letter shirts. Then that launched the whole big/little/adopted family conversations. Then out of nowhere I realized that Lucas and I had known each other a year because it was Spring Break last year that we met. Then the guy disappears and says he is going to get us some buttons. Ebonee was like I want a just married! haha. He comes back with a ton of buttons and said he had thought about it really hard about which ones to get us. He handed me, Jessica and Amanda 'Family Reunion' buttons for our ADPi family. Then he gave Lucas and I 'Happy Anniversary' buttons for knowing each other for a year. Then of course he got Ebonee two 'Just Married' buttons and said that she needed to find someone to marry (which later turned out to be Brian) and he also gave her a 'Just Engaged' button. Then he ended it by giving Lucas a 'Happily Ever After' button because he was walking around the parks with 4 beautiful ladies. It was great! Brian showed up just as the parade was coming and he and Ebonee were quickly married. It was great. The whole rest of the day people were like "Congratulations!"
After the parade, we went and rode Splash Mountain. On which, Lucas and I were pretty much the only ones that got wet. Go figure. I was hoping we would get done in time to catch Jess in the Judge's Tent, but we got stuck on Splash for a bit so we missed her. But then we went to Move It! Shake It! Which of course is my favorite. We were all dancing in the streets by the Incredibles float, when Frozone pulled me up to dance next to him. I showed everyone how to drive the car. Then he grabbed Ebonee and she helped him show everyone how to shake their tail feathers. Frozone really liked Ebonee haha. He grabbed her hand and lead her around to start the conga line. I think the best part was watching Ebonee's face through the whole thing. It was the best Move It! Shake It! (MISICI) yet.
After Splash, we went and tried to get fast passes for Space again, but they were for super late so we went and got Buzz Lightyear ones instead. We then killed some time at the Monster's Inc Laugh Floor, which is really funny. We then hopped a ride on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority (TTA) or the people mover. It wasted the perfect amount of time. When we got off we could use our fast passes for Buzz. So it would have been fun if my gun worked, but it didn't so I just spun the car the entire time, which can be equally as fun.
After Buzz, we left MK because everyone wanted to go back and get ready to go to House of Blues that night. So I went and met Brad, Celeste, Molly and Matt at Caribbean Beach. After being tackled by Celeste I was able to say hello to everyone. We chatted about the plan for while they were there. We then decided to go to Chili's to get some food. Then we went our separate ways for the night.
At some point during the day, I managed to lose my voice, which is pretty much terrible and I sound like a man or I just squeak at people. Great.

Reunions

I got up this morning and decided it would be a good day to make sausage stuff. After breakfast, which probably should have been considered lunch, I met Jessica and Amanda at Hollywood Studios. Of course we had to go on the Tower of Terror and we some hoe managed to throw up some diamonds for the picture. We then went and Fast Passed the Rockin' Roller Coaster. We took some sweet jumping pics in front of the guitar. Thank you to our lovely photographer Brian. We then decided to run over and go meet Prince Caspian. It was interesting. He had a long line this time so we didn't get to spend as much time with him like last time. Also, Brian did not have to learn how to pose. He just copied what Caspian did, but it lacked the overall look because Brian didn't have a sword, much to his dismay.

I left Hollywood Studios to head out to go meet the Lafferty's at their friends, the Jefferies, house. They lived in St. Cloud. It should have only taken me about 25 minutes to get out there, but it seemed like I hit every single stop possible. So that kind of sucked. Once we got out there, we went out on their boat and Bob, John, and Steel all wakeboarded. Steel and John rode together so that was pretty neat to watch. It got kind of chilly out there so eventually headed back to the house. Then we all hung out and the Jefferies had cooked a bunch of food so we all sat out on the porch and had burgers and chicken. It was so fun. I felt like I was on the houseboat because it was a typical houseboat meal and there were a bunch of people and on the water and it was a nice break from the Disney bubble.
I left the Jefferies and went over to Coronodo Springs, which is where Lucas was staying. I picked up Ebonee, Jessica and Amanda and we met Brian over there. We just hung out in the hot tub. It was fun, but I had to be at work early so I didn't stay too long.

PIxie Dusting in The Land

Work was pretty fun today. Ebonee and I got to walk around Fantasyland and pixie dust people. FINALLY!! We ended up signing a bunch of autographs and taking a bunch of pictures with people. By the end of it, we were both COVERED in pixie dust. Thank you wind. Also, Ebonee decided it would be a good idea to basically empty a pixie wand on my back. There is still pixie dust coming out of  my locker. The other exciting thing was when I brought a little girl back to do her reveal for her outfit, I asked her what the magic words were and she said "Please and Thank you." haha. It was adorable.

Once I got off work, I went back to the apartment and just hung out for a bit. Then I went up to Ebonee, Alex and Brenna's apartment, which is two stories above Brian's. The night ended with some shenanigans and some funny stories. Overall it was a good night

Aladdin!! I Love YOU!!

Today was another Fairy Tale Day at the BBB, but no more sleeping beauties. Ebonee and I buddied up again. I had one princess who could not stop crying. I distracted her with stickers and reading stories about Tinkerbell and covering myself with pixie dust. Our last two princesses were the best. The first one was a mom who was there with her daughter celebrating her 25th birthday. She let her daughter pick out her hairstyle and what color and everything. She ended up with a pink diva with a tinkerbell crown. They were the cutest thing. They sat facing each other and just laughed the whole time. Then our last princess for the day was one of the twin girls who were celebrating the sweet 16! They were identical twins and they both chose the pop princess.

Ebonee and I were both off at 2 so we went and played in the park for a while. We went and saw Jess, who was being friends with Stitch. She was so excited. Stitch stepped on my foot, but it was ok. I am sure the photopass man thought we were crazy because we were jumping around and laughing like idiots.
Afterward, we went and camped out a spot for the 3 o'clock parade. We ended up in Liberty Square and sat next to this nice family from North Carolina. We chatted and gave them all of our little tips and secrets of getting things done. Ebonee did most of the talking while I decided to try and sunbathe because the sun was actually out. I ended up with a sweet short tan line. The parade was awesome and Ebonee was able to confess her love to Aladdin. When the parade passed us we said goodbye to the family from NC and ran - literally ran - to Main Street so Ebonee could see Aladdin again. This time we got his attention and he even winked at us. Ebonee died haha.
Once Ebonee recovered from Aladdin, when did some shopping. I finally got my mickey mouse stud earrings. Then we just headed back to Patterson.
Brandon and I ended up going back to MK to watch Wishes and hang out. Instead of watching Wishes we ended up riding Peter Pan, which I had not yet ridden since I have been here. I was super excited. The ride is really simple, but I love it. It probably has something to do with the fact that I am in love with Peter Pan. Wishes had already started by the time we got out, so we stayed in Fantasyland and watched it from behind the castle. It was really cool because some of the fireworks are shot at the castle and the others are back by cast parking so the fireworks were all around you. It was pretty neat. It was a good way to end the night.

Sleeping Beauty and Creepers

It was Fairy Tale Mania at the BBB today. I think I only did 1 diva out of all the princesses I had. I did have one little girl dressed up as Tinkerbell, who did get a fairy tale, and when I turned her around screamed "OH! I love it!" Thank always makes you feel good. Ebonee and I were really excited because for once we actually got to work together again. We dominated a chair for a while. While Ebonee was on tea, I got this girl with the curliest hair I have ever seen. Luckily, Margarita was there, and I was able to grab her and she worked her Margarita Magic and turned it into a beautiful fairy tale. There is no way I would have been able to do that.

Today Ebonee and I had our first sleeping beauty. I was barley able to finish her make-up before she fell asleep. It was the cutest thing. It ended up Ebonee had to hold her head up while I finished her Diva. At one point I had to hold her head and mid switch her head almost slammed backward into the chair, but I caught her at the last second. The mom was laughing the whole time because it was so darn cute. We were whispering because we didn't want to wake her up. When we finished the mom just carried her out and she was still asleep. She was in for a big surprise when she woke up. We put extra pump it up on there to make sure it wouldn't be messed up when she woke up.
The princesses just went downhill from there. I had little girl with no hair and a bitchy mom. To top it off, I don't know what that kid had for lunch, but that was the smelliest princess ever. It was pretty gross. The night ended on a high note when one of Carolyn, Nora and Alex's friends named Ed, who is a lifeguard somewhere, got a cool dude. Of course they had to make it where it was all girly colors and went way overboard on the pixie dust. It was all pretty hysterical. Too bad he had evaluations for face the next morning and I doubt he got all the pixie dust out of his hair.
After work, Ebonee, Alex and I all went out to BWW's. (All the single ladies or no one but Ebonee haha) It was karaoke night. We ran into some other FGITs there and I somehow got roped into to singing Tearin' Up My Heart by NSYNC with all the other FGITs that were there. There was this one guy in the front row that Ebonee serenaded the whole time, but I guess he got bored and moved onto me, but I was not nearly as into as Ebonee was so he went back to her haha. After the Karaoke, there were these creepers hanging out by us and they sandwiched Ebonee between them. She was pissed, but then Alex jumped on bored and we were all just cracking up. Ebonee was not happy with us, but it made for a good picture.

No Language Barrier

I worked podium today, which is always fun. It was a little hectic, as always, but way better then dealing with parents. The only really cool highlight were these two little girls. They were two of our last five princesses so they were just hanging out in the boutique before it closed. One little girl's name was Penelope and she was from Quebec and didn't speak any English, only French. The other was this little girl from Illinois, but I can't remember her name. These two girls together were the cutest thing ever. They were about 6 years old and they had both gotten the fairy tale princess and they looked at each other pointed to their hair and both started giggling. They then ran over to their princess bags and comparing what was in each others' bags. Remember these girls don't speak the same language. It turned out that the Dad of the little girl from Illinois spoke French so Penelope's mom and him had a nice conversation. Then the little girl from Illinois just looked at Penelope and just "You're my friend! We're Princesses!" and then they both hugged each other and they skipped out of the boutique together. It was probably the cutest thing ever and it totally made my night.

When I got home that night, I introduced the roomies to Newsies! I am pretty sure they loved it, but are not quite as obsessed as I am considering I was running around the apartment trying to copy the moves from KD Shenanigans. But other than that it was a pretty boring night.

Where Are You From Princess?....America

Today was a very lazy day. I didn't have to be at work until 1:15 so I got up around 10:30 and made some food for me to take to work. I chatted with Lindsay and Matt came over. They were getting things together for their audition on the 20th. I finally had to go to work.

The first princess I had was adorable. When I asked her where she was from she said America. Then I asked her what state and she gave me her street address haha. It was so cute. Somehow today I was there for 6 hours and only did 3 girls hair and none of which were a fairy tale. I am so over teasing fake hair. I did a lot of make-up though. I also helped with podium a little as well. I got an ER from work and was able to come home and crash. Even though I didn't do much today I am still exhausted. I think yesterday is catching up with me.
Jess was home when I got home and we chatted. I decided to bake cookies. I had to go steal back my cookie sheet from Brian who had used it to carry jello shots to some girls apartment. I also had to steal an egg because I only 3 when I needed 4. So I just baked cookies and we watched High School Musical 3. I took some cookies to Brian's to say thanks for the egg and I chatted with his roommate, who is from India, about where I should go when I am there. He also gave me the low down on the pyramids in Egypt because apparently he used to work there or something. Then I came back to the apartment and crashed. Like I said - It was a very eventful day

THE BEST DAY EVER!!

Today was the best day! I was off work so Ebonee and I got up and went to Hollywood Studios. Matt called us and tried to get us to go to breakfast with him, but he gave us like 5 minutes to get ready so we passed. When we got to Hollywood the weather was nasty. It was raining and cold and just overall terrible. We saw Brian at the stroller rental place and had a good laugh at his expense because of his costume. When we walked further into the park we were greeted with an awesome surprise. This past weekend was ESPN the weekend. And who is sitting up there on a huge stage, but Misty May-Treanor and Shawn Johnson! I even got a picture and an autograph from Misty, but Shawn bolted out of there. OMG I was so excited! We ran into Alexis and Danielle and that was pretty fun. We walked more down the street and took some pictures with Mike and Sully from Monsters Inc. They are kind of awkward. Then Ebonee and I walked over to watch the High School Musical block party thing. We of course were dancing and laughing and then what do I know, but I get pulled out into the show! I eve got a star dazzle button and everything. YAY!!!

Ebonee and I then went on a quest to find food and ended up watching the Muppet’s 3-D show. IT was cute, but you can tell that it is really old. It was fun even though those glasses kind of make me dizzy. We then met Alex and grabbed some lunch at Pizza Planet. We finished eating and headed back to the ESPN stage only to find out Adam Vinatieri was coming and Alex is from Indy so she was freaking out. We tried to get his autograph when he left the stage but he was mobbed and said to go to Sports Zone. So of course we ran over there. We split up. Alex took the front while Ebonee and I went to the back. We met some interesting characters. One guy was dressed up as a elephant and the other guy a drum major. We chatted with them and took some pictures. I turned around after saying goodbye and there was Vinatieri! Ebonee called Alex and the next thing we see is Alex sprinting through people with a crazed look running through the crowd. When she finally got there she took the spot I had and was shaking so bad she was so excited. We took some pictures and then left. Alex was so excited.

We then met up with Brian after he got off work and we went and rode the tower of terror, which is always fun. Then we all went and meet Prince Caspian. Ebonee about died. The look on her face was priceless. He even got Brian to pose with him. We then left and went and played on the Honey I Shrunk the Kids play area. Alex decided to go back to the apartment and Brian and I went to Light’s Motor Action while Ebonee watched High School Musical again.

Lights Motors Action is a stunt show that originated at Disneyland Paris. It was really cool. It is amazing that these guys can drive these cars so close and not hit each other or other things on the set. The whole thing is pretty awesome. We then went back to the sports zone. Brian hit some golf balls and I went into the batting cages. I was terrible. Brian even asked the guy to turn the speed down because I was used to softballs haha. Thanks Brian. Mom you would have been freaking out about the helmets haha. I could just hear you saying about how many people have worn them that day and that I am probably going to get lice – or should I day Pumba? After that embarrassment, we jumped on tower of terror again. When getting off I had shoved the batting cage bracelet in my pocket with my rings that I had taken off for the cages. Brian and I walked over to Sports Zone to find Ebonee. Then I realized that I had lost one of my rings. It must have fallen out of my pocket when I threw the wristband away. So I drag Brian back over to the Tower of Terror and we are searching the ground when a cast member asked if I was looking for a ring and I said yes and they had it!!! I got so lucky!

We finally found Ebonee and then we went to MK. They had new stuff at the Emporium that we wanted to look at. I found the sweatshirt that I want, but I had zero money on me so I will have to get it another time. Ebonee went to the art store and Brian and I went and said Hi to Brandon, who was working at the front. We saw some of spectro but then peaced out to go grab some food.

We ended up going to a Chinese Buffet. It was pretty much amazing. I felt like such a fat kid after leaving there. But not quite as much as Brian who had three plates!

To end the evening Brian and I and some of his roommates watched Slumdog Millionaire, which is a fantastic movie and I suggest that everyone should watch it. Except maybe mom because then I will for sure not be allowed to go to India. So that was pretty much the best day ever!!!
